This condo was exactly as advertised. Great location to restaurants. Easy access to the pool and beach, which was nice when traveling with small children.

The room was nice. The shower faucet needs some attention and the kitchen was short on utensils. The silverware had been put back in the drawer with food still on some pieces. There was construction in the unit next door that started at about 7:30 every morning.

We loved the location and property! We have already made plans to return in the fall

There were a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed, one of which was when the handyman showed up unannounced at our door during our stay. He graciously said he'd return to fix the issue after we checked out. Very friendly guy. The shower floor was slippery with no skid proofing. The toilet in the master bath has a loose nut which caused the toilet to rock back and forth. The microwave light illuminating the stove didn't work. On the upside, the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. Best of all, the unit was clean and nicely decorated.

Exactly as pictured! The resort was clean as well as the room. Beautiful views of the gulf from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again!

We booked the D44 condo unit at Palm Beach for four nights. The directions on how to get there, what to do when we got there, and what they have in the unit is all very clear. Knowing this, we brought food, drinks, paper goods, and other extras, and the condo had everything else we needed. The place itself is quiet and roomy with a master bedroom and an extra large master bathroom. There's a powder room off the kitchen. We were comfortable in the living room, watching TV and doing a puzzle. We also enjoyed the balcony with a view of the pool and the shoreline beyond. We took full advantage of the access to the beach. We also discovered, right across the street, the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail - Rosemary Dunes Trailhead. They have e-bike rentals at the hotel, and I was able to rent a bike for an afternoon and explore the area, where I saw two gators, two bald eagles, and a turtle. All in all, a fantastic and memorable trip at a nice, clean, and accommodating condo right where we wanted to be. Will definitely come back.

Very accurate description! We knew exactly what we needed to bring with Us so we would be fully prepared for our vacation! The condo itself was very nice, quiet, and clean. We loved the resort and the pool. It was very nice that the resort is not a high rise and that there is not another resort on the west side, making the beach area feel secluded and not as packed with other beach goers. We are already planning to come back for a family trip and would definitely recommend staying at Stephanie's condo, or at least in the Palm Beach Resort!

We really emjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and up to date. Liked that we could go to pool or just walk out to the beach. The beach was not crowded and always looked nice. A great place to stay.

Loved our little place at the beach. Had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. Right across from trail head for the best biking trails at Gulf State Park, I was able to bike while my husband was at his conference. Close to restaurants, groc store, shopping, etc…

This was our second year in this unit and we love it. It is clean and well stocked with whatever you need. Palm Beach is just a perfect location and a very quiet and beautiful place. We hope to be back next year for a longer visit.

We had a lovely stay at Palm Beach. The unit was clean and well maintained. Communication was easy and quick. Location was great and the beach was beautiful!

Nice place, comfy bed, loved the extra space the makeup area gave along with the 2 sinks in the bathroom.
