This is our second year staying in this unit. It is very clean, well organized, and comfortable. The ocean view is spectacular!

Perfect beach view with a balcony directly overlooking both beach and pool. Short walk to beach on well-designed boardwalk. Pool that's shaded in the afternoon. Comfy beds. Table with comfortable seating for 6 plus more seating at bar. Close to GOOD restaurants. Really nice stay!

Nothing in registration listed the parking cost. Communication with the parking company and management team was a nightmare. Suggest each rental get a free parking spot and easier registration for additional vehicles.

My family has stayed at this particular unit several years in a row. The owners have constantly been upgrading the unit and we have absolutely enjoyed our stay every year. The condo is very spacious and clean with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The complex is awesome with plenty of parking, multiple grills and even has two pools! But lets be honest, we came for the beach and it never disappoints! The sand is amazing with a ton of room to play games or relax by the waves. 10/10 would recommend.

It was lovely! Everything we needed and the condo very spacious. Incredible Gulf view from the balcony. ! Grounds of property were maintained daily. It was all just what we paid for!

We’ve been staying in various condos in this property for over 25 years, but it’s the first time we’ve stayed in this particular unit. We love Palm Beach for its chill vibes and easy beach access. The condo was comfortable and cute. Easy check in process.

This resort never disappoints! The location is perfect for morning bike rides in the state park and long walks on the beach. The property is clean and very well maintained. The heated pool is great for our young grandchildren. We love Palm Beach and have stayed here several times. Hope to return soon!

My daughter and I stayed in this condo the beginning of April. It was absolutely beautiful! The check in process was so easy and we loved how spacious the condo was. They even have games! Right by the beach so the access was great. We got in town a little early and got lucky in that we were even able to check in early after communicating with the host! We would definitely rent this condo again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean, comfortable, and as expected.

The property and condo were beautiful, well appointed, clean and quiet. My only issue was the parking registration which VRBO, iTrip nor the property coa helped with.

Wonderful ocean view, clean, easy sccess

This property was the perfect property for my family. It took 2 mins to get to the beach and the pool was heated! Win Win!

Stayed for 5 days. Condo was clean, and very nice inside. The view was perfect of the Gulf. Great for my family. It was toddler friendly as well.

This property was great for a quick beach getaway. Easy access to beach. Nice restaurants nearby. Good view from the balcony and master bedroom.

The unit was spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony was perfect. It fit our family of 6 very nicely. It is very close to the State Park. The beach was not crowded in front of the resort. The 2 pools were uncrowded and were shaded by the buildings so a refreshing contrast to the hot sun on the beach. Would definitely stay here again. The check in and parking instructions were clear and easy to follow. Communication with the host was timely.

The condo itself was very roomy! I loved the large table for dining together and playing games. The view is spectacular! And it's close to stairs it you'd like to cut a little time off walking/waiting on elevator - super close access to pool and beach.

This property was just as advertised on the listing. Very clean upon arrival. A very spacious corner unit with incredible ocean views and a nice view of the pool, as well. The location is great with anything you need within a couple minutes. It was very convenient for our 3-year-old. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway at the beach.
