Stayed Mar 3, 2026Condo was nicely cleaned upon arrival. Found king size beds very comfortable. Nice dining area with great views of ocean. Nice starter coffee pods provided. Be aware, no ice maker, but ice trays provided. Nice little restaurant and bar on premises with good happy hour prices. The sunset views were amazing! No AC, but open window louvers and sliding door for nice ocean breezes. Must of spotted over 20 whales in 4 days with numerous breaches observed. Beautiful bbq area near private beach. Gorgeous landscaped property. Would definitely stay here again. Loved Princeville area.

Reviewer Comments: Amazing views, literally takes your breath away when you step into the condo. Not far from Hanalei Bay. There is a good sized supermarket close by in Priceville as well. Bathrooms were nice and they do provide beach and boogie boards stored in the closet. The kitchen was great, nice appliances and cookware. The one improvement could be around the bed and linens. Needs a refresh for sure, but not a deal breaker.

The beach chairs were great to have. The views were amazing and everyone around is quiet and respectful. We loved the location. The path from the parking lot is short but a little steep. Not an issue but helpful to know.
