Stayed Mar 30, 2026Absolutely the best place we have stayed in years of traveling to California. The grounds were well maintained and clean. The beach was perfect. We absolutely want to return soon.The unit was clean with some minor issues that I let the Desk people know about. It in no way affected our stay. Being close to shops and food in Watsonville is a winning plus.

Stayed Aug 8, 2025Compared to all other Vrbo's we've stayed at, this was by far the worst value. Bedrooms and kitchen were in good shape, but the deck and resort overall are run down. The grill did not work

Stayed Jul 7, 2025The Condo was very comfortable, clean and accommodating. The master bed & pillows were so comfortable. The one problem was difficult opening & closing the patio sliders. We enjoyed fresh air and hearing the ocean waves so we would open the patio doors. The decor was wonderful. Overall, we had a great vacation.

Stayed Jul 31, 2024We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home and look forward to returning! We loved that the beach is steps away and that the ocean and sunset views from the balcony were stunning. We had fun watching movies in the evening and had a great day trip to Martinelli's along with a gorgeous drive up highway 1. Very rejuvinating!

Modern and contemporary touches definitely impressed, and grounds were well maintained. Office staff were very friendly and courteous. This one's a keeper for next visit!
