Pagosa Springs Resort | Hot Springs, Lake & Pools

Our stay was great the room and property were fantastic. If i go back to pagosa i would definitely stay here.

An amazing place and stay! The apartment was incredibly clean and quiet. Great communication beforehand. Beautiful area with a lot of amenities. Top of my list for my stays in Pagosa Springs again!

We had a wonderful stay at our 1-bedroom condo in Peregrine. Only complaint was how busy the hot tub was. Wish there was another 1 or 2 for such a large property.

We absolutely love Club Wyndham Pagossa! The staff is amazing. The area is phenomenal. They take beautiful care of the property. There’s not a bad option there. All the rooms are perfect. I didn’t check transportation because we never looked in to that.

I loved the condo we rented. It was really nice and very clean. I would definitely rent from Wyndham properties again. I booked this condo with Expedia.

There needs to be street lights so that while driving at night you can see where to turn to get to the exact unit you are staying in. Also the unit we had there were too many stairs for certain senior's to get up with luggage. it was an elevated unit. The stairs inside the unit were winding metal and is dangerous for young children and senior's to be walking up and down from. I would change that for sure. Everything else was fine the beds were comfortable and pillows, a/c and heat worked.

Very clean, very comfortable beds, more than we needed but we hope to be back in the future to take advantage of the kitchen, dining, living room and balconies. Lovely condo!

The Teal Landing 2 Bedroom condo unit we received was spotless, spacious and comfortable (although a recliner chair would have been better than the armchairs!). The Check-In Staff were friendly and helpful and the free property map showed us how to access the unit easily. We also appreciated their help in re-stocking some essentials that were not refilled: shampoo, body wash... in the bathrooms, and dishwasher pods etc. Beds were comfortable too. What we missed was either a lake view (were all those units already rented?) and/or any walking/hiking trails in the vicinity of our unit. All we could access easily was the golf course. Thank you, however, for free access to the community Recreation Center with gym equipment and lovely indoor swimming pool & hot tub. All in all, our experience was very good and we enjoyed our stay at Club Wyndham, Pagosa Springs, and can recommend it to others.

Friendly staff, great facilities

I highly recommend this for anyone visiting Pagosa Springs! It’s right on a lake, has beautiful views of the mountains and is very close to downtown. This is perfect for just couples or families. I will be recommending this to family and friends and would love to stay here in the future.

The interior of the property was great, however the view did not match the reviews that I had looked at. In addition, we were not informed (until after check-in) that our stay was split and after 4 days, we would have to move clothes, groceries, refrigerated items, etc. to a completely different unit. This is our 5th stay at a VRBO property in Pagosa Springs and by far the most misrepresented.

The 2 recreation centers were too far away, so ad was a bit misleading. Also the Otherwise, a nice stay.

We had a beautiful stay. The place was clean and had all the amenities our family needed. We were fortunate on location and proximity to restaurants and essentials. There is a Walmart close by and great restaurants and coffee shops. We really enjoyed our stay. We booked last minute so getting a one-bedroom and a sofa bed for our two kids worked well. I highly recommend!

Clean place, fun free activities onsite, 40 minutes to wolf creek ski area, beds were firm. Very nice safe area to stay.

This was a beautiful location and a gorgeous view. It was perfect for our trip. I would definitely stay here again.

Tried booking a weekend for My Honey and I and Host never responded. Out the little bit of money we had until it was refunded and We had to go somewhere else instead. Thats ok, GOD had different plans for Us and Honestly it worked out even better than We could imagine. Thank You for everything and We appreciate VRBO for Your processes or else We would of been totally out the we put down on the place and saved us from an inconvenience after driving 4 hrs to reach the destination, and find out that the room was unavailable . We do appreciate VRBO and LORD willing will try again in the future .

Great place to stay. Never disappoints!

We had a great stay in Pagosa. The host was very responsive and the check in process was fast and simple. The unit was great - updated and more spacious than we anticipated. Conveniently located and nice to have parking right outside the front door. Would definitely stay again!

Layout is wonderful, condo was clean and well equipped and location was excellent. Only recommendation is to dump the cable TV and switch to internet streaming. YouTube TV would be great.

Perfect stay! Place was clean and well stocked. Had all the necessities and the front desk was more than willing to help if we had questions or needed extra supplies. The resort has lots to do, although, we spent all our time on the slopes and stayed put in the condo. The side of town the resort is on is convenient to lots of restaurants and Walmart is just across the road. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Perfect place to stay for our family vacation.

We were very happy with the property. Our unit had everything we needed, was close to the ski resort so it worked perfectly for us. Would definitely stay again. Had some questions as we were new to the area and the responses were immediate which was very much appreciated.

We had to evacuate after the toilets stopped working but they had staff at our condo within minutes. They tried to unclog but couldn’t get it so they had another condo by the time we were finished with dinner. Thanks to the maintenance guys and the front desk staff. Everyone was so nice and professional!

Loved everything about our stay at this condo- from the checkin process with the very friendly desk clerk, to the location and view of the condo. Very clean and equipped with all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Check in was super easy! Staff was very friendly. Loved being able to use the game room and putt putt course. The unit we got did not match the pictures when booking. It was still a nice place, however, I chose it because of the pictures. The only complaint is the heater. It was SO LOUD every time it kicked on!

Our overall stay was amazing, thank you. The bed was comfortable and pullout better than some. The heater and thermostat worked great for the cold and the apartment was very comfortable. Bathroom and water heat worked very well. Suggestions: the Internet sucked (hot spotting to my phone was more reliable!!), have housekeeping fill everything as there was no conditioner and very little Kleenex, only two dishwasher pods, need more blankets, more coffee filters

Fantastic lake views. Close to Wolf Creek ski area.

Blown away by not only the location but the unit itself. Will absolutely be back, all the amenities you need, close to everything.

Great location for a quick ski trip, especially with the snow that came in Thursday evening! Wyndham did a great job plowing the resort streets and shoveling walkways to units: 10 stars!Highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

Enjoyable

Property was super clean looks like a newish build, king bed was super comfy, enjoyed our stay very much!

Overall, the place was great for what we booked. Affordable, clean and location was good.

Our reservation was cancelled 2 days before our trip. They offered alternative dates that did not work. Found one option that worked then they cancelled again the day before our trip. Communication was horrific! Received over 50 emails and now a review for a trip that we didn’t take due to their incompetence!

The unit was clean and updated in Teal Landing. We had requested a fireplace unit but were told it was unavailable unless we wanted to move mid-stay so we went without. We were right on a lake which was beautiful. The gym and pool and activities within the Wyndam complex were great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The unit had all of the cooking utensils and items needed but you have to bring oils and seasonings and everything else. I recommend an upper floor unit if at all possible because we had trouble sleeping every single night because the people above us were so loud with stomping and opening and closing doors. Overall, we’d love to return sometime!

We never got a chance to stay. Our reservations were cancelled 2 days before our stay. Worst costumer relations! They kept trying to change our reservation dates and once we were satisfied with an alternative, they cancelled again. I received over 52 emails and will never use or recommend again!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Location was great, close to everything. The only negative was the fact that when we tried to use the oven, it kept making the detectors go off.

The condo was just as advertised. Very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were all very pleasant. We had a medical emergency and they were able to accommodate our need to stay an extra night over the busy Thanksgiving week. Kimberly at the front desk and another employee Abraham were especially helpful.

We had an excellent stay. It was easy to book our reservation, easy to check in, the Wyndham services were excellent, and it was easy to check out. And what a beautiful area. The lake behind the condos was so pretty every evening with the sunset and the Canadian Geese. Everything about our stay was lovely and we weren't ready to go home. Thank you! :)

This place was awesome! Everyone we encountered who worked there was very friendly. The property has a rec center which we used to work out and go to the pool and hot tub. The location was close to food and town and great hikes. As for the actual suitte, everything was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen area was stocked with all the appliances and dishes we might need. Definitely would return and recommend!

I'm very familiar with Club Wyndham. From the photos I saw, the unit I selected on VRBO was what Wyndham calls Peregrine. These are single floor units. The unit I actually got was called Masters, and my unit was on the third floor. At age 65 I had not anticipated having to climb three flights of stairs. I managed, but that was the worst part of my trip, Everything else was great.

First let me warn you NOT to use TZORT to book your trip, they are useless if issues arise. We booked what we thought was a ground floor condo with lake and Mountain View’s, and we were WRONG. Our condo (to be fair) was larger than what we booked, but there were 2 glaring problems: 1) we had a view of the parking lot and other condos, but only a sliver view of the lake and the top 1/10 of the mountains peeking out over the roofs of the surrounding condos. 2) I’m older and fatigue easily and specifically chose this booking because of the pictures showing a ground floor view. This condo’s entrance was up 2 flights of stairs. 3). Every morning when we were drinking coffee on the porch we got to see/ hear the trash truck dumping the dumpster (we actually laughed the second morning). The unhelpful T-ZORT representative said the pictures on the website were “representative” and not of the actual condo we’d reserved. …I wasn’t allowed to attach pictures of our “view”.

Resort grounds were beautiful. Suite was excellent. Great location.
