Pagosa Springs | Hot Tub & Mountains | 2BR Deluxe

DO NOT PICK THIS CONDO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't review the condition of this property, because we were never allowed to stay here, even though we booked the condo, and received a confirmation. The management company texted, and notified us that the owner had canceled our reservation! SUPER frustrating, because we then had to try and find a new place just a few days before spring break. Almost everything was booked, but luckily, we were able to find ONE two-bedroom location still available. Ridiculous!!! Getting someone on the phone for a conversation was laughable. They finally responded to me via text, but didn't answer any of my questions. Their only concern was if I wanted to accept their offer of two one-bedroom condos in possibly two different locations. Again....ridiculous!!! The only good thing from this, is that they refunded us the entire amount without issue. So, thanks for that, but this whole thing was a complete headache. Read the other reviews, as this is not the first time that this has happened.

Older property with good amenities, plenty of room for family, skis, and luggage. Easy to eat and play games with spacious seating and large table. Beautiful grounds summer and winter. Will stay again.

The view was amazing. Hot air balloons are beautiful. The only drawback was the stairs. 3 over 65 years of age, one with asthma. Otherwise everything was perfect.

It was a nice property

The owner cancelled on us 10 days before our trip, leaving us to scramble to find accommodations elsewhere. I had booked more than 2 months in advance. There was no explanation for why, just he has cancelled the reservation and that was it. We did get a full refund, but the place I had to book at last minute notice was more expensive. In addition, the management company contacted me by text, then refused to answer the phone when I called. I finally did get someone to answer, but there was no real resolution, just flimsy apologies.

Each suite had a living area and kitchen.

The view was breathtaking! The condos were exactly what we needed a clean and exactly what the pictures showed. Check-in was smooth and easy. Only had one issue the entire week and they sent someone within a couple minutes who got the situation resolved. Will definitely stay here again!

The condo was clean and well appointed. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for cooking our own meals. This 2 bedroom listing doesn't match the 1 bedroom we received as the reservation for the 2 bedroom was cancelled one week prior to our travels. Our teen son made do by sleeping on the sofa. Thankful that the management company was able to find us accomodations and we didn't have to cancel our trip. The Wyndham was a nice place to stay, we enjoyed the lakes, views, recreation center and even took a tie dye class with Star.

The kitchen was fully equipped and the amenities were awesome! We en to iyes the pool and hot tub throughout our stay. The condo was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

The property and area was fantastic. The front desk staff was very helpful. Our room had a very strong odor we couldn't quite get taken care of even with staff, but there wasn't another room to accommodate us.The maintenance man kept saying he didn't smell anything when all for of us clearly did. Other than that, the views were great and area was very nice.

Have stayed at Wyndham resort before. I liked the one story unit best. Late check in by front desk as unit was not cleaned on time. Not a great start as we had traveled far and were very tired Got in after the 4 pm promised check in time.

We got the two bedroom delux, VERY spacious, nice outdoor area, great views. A bit dated but clean. Great experience

Club Wyndham is a great place to stay. Excellent communication with the VRBO host and easy check-in process with Club Wyndham. Be aware that the condo may not look exactly like the pictures. We were in a 2 bedroom unit that was not updated and looked nothing like the photos in this listing. We had stayed at Club Wyndham before, so we were aware of this & were not surprised. Just temper your expectations accordingly. The unit we stayed in was still just fine and had an AMAZING view of the mountains. Overall, great stay!

Swam every day at the Rec Center; relaxed thoroughly. So quiet and serene. We loved it.

So staff was awesome, took tie dye class , the place was really nice but here is the problem,stayed at Wyndham 2 times before,and places were all on one level, we stayed first time and this place was on the bottom floor, then the ignorant people above us came in , constant running and noise till late,contacted staff and were very nice but stated quiet time started at 11pm,so just waited for things to quiet down. so here are my thoughts, we were 2 adults and one teenager so why put us on the bottom floor if your going to rent a space above with like 4 adolescents.Also its not like place was crowded so why even put one on top of another.Just want to clarify that your staff was great as we also smelled gas and they were very responsive in checking but I will always be sure in future to make sure I am not renting a pace that has a dwelling above.

We found this property to be clean, comfortable, and convenient. Pretty much everything we were looking for.

We stayed for a spring break ski trip. The condo was clean and the check in and out easy. The amenities were as described.

The rooms were nice - updated cabinets, remodeled bathrooms, quartz countertops, modern furniture in good condition. Heater was responsive and would quickly heat the space when needed. Would stay here again. Wyndham has many buildings and not sure what the condition of the others are but ours was nice.

We stayed here again. We got a different unit, but similar layout and very clean.

I was a little worried as I’ve never stayed in a timeshare and I was worried about why this place was so much less than other properties nearby. Turned out fantastic, much more akin to staying in a hotel than my past experiences. Good location, loved having a big shower and a soaking tub

We had a great time the rental was very nice & clean. However the photos used were not photos of this particular unit so I was surprised to see 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds instead of a queen that was pictured. Great location Wonderful amenities!! Loved the pool hot tub and the gym!! They even offered yoga classes!

My son, nephew and I all stayed at this condo for a few days to go ski at wolf creek. Nice place very comfortable and spacious. Would recommend.

Unit was clean and spacious. Double sinks outside the twin room bathroom were perfect.

My family and I spent 3 nights in Pagosa Springs to ski at Wolf Creek. We all agreed it was our favorite place to stay! We loved that it was 2 bedrooms / 2 baths. There was one bedroom with a king bed and the other room had 2 double beds. Both rooms had an attached bathroom. We also enjoyed the hot tub at the rec center. It was perfect after a long day of skiing. We will definitely be back!

This was our second time. We had a deluxe suite. Only problem was tha upstairs is some kind of super deluxe. Upstairs were playing foosball. It was extremely noisy, no respect by other people and the fact that anyone thought it was a good idea to include one upstairs, baffles me. They left after 2 days and everything else was nice. I refuse to stay with someone over the top ever again. Almost ruined our vacation.

My brother and I stayed here in February 2025 during a ski trip to Wolf Creek. We loved the place....great communication, location and good value. It is fairly renovated as well. Only draw back is there are no SMART TVs so bring your Roku if you want to stream!

We had a wonderful stay in the condo. It was clean, well kept and had everything we needed. Beautiful view of the lake and enjoyed watching the ducks every morning.

We’ve stayed at Club Wyndham 3 times now, and it’s always just as good as the first time. We love it! The location, the property, the amenities, the friendly staff, etc. if you’re looking for somewhere to stay, but cost efficient, this is the place! We love it and will continue to stay here in the years to come.

We enjoyed our stay! It was conveniently located and the lodging was nice. Staff was very friendly. The only one that was not was the lady with long brown hair at the front desk of the gym/pool area. She was the only one that did not match the vibe as the rest of the staff at the resort. No smile and very direct. It wouldn’t stand out if the rest of the staff was also like that. Outside of her, everyone else was great! The upstairs area was colder than the downstairs area but we dealt with it. The hot tub faucet was loose when we tried it the first time but I brought it up to the front desk guy and he was very accommodating. When you have friendly people, no matter what the problems are, it always smooths itself out and leaves a good taste in your mouth to want to stay again.

The property was everything we could've asked for and more! It was exceptionally clean and we loved the spacious design with all the amenities. The separate suite was PERFECT for my teen who had her own space and didn't disturb us when she stayed up late. The location is ideal being close to town with plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay again.

PROS: Nicely located just outside of the busy area of Pagosa Springs. Minutes from the grocery store and ski rental made grabbing necessities easy! Lots of great food options. Front desk staff was friendly/helpful making check-in quick. Quick to respond to needs including empty body wash in unit and broken hair dryer. Check-out was a simple text, which was lovely. Beds/bedding were supper comfy. My teenager said the pull out couch was comfy as well. The unit has lots of open floor space, making it very roomy for a family of 4. Decor was nice and updated. CONS: heating unit is extremely loud, so much so, we had to turn the TV volume up every time it kicked on. Roads are extremely hard to navigate in the dark. There are no street lights, the street signs have no reflective element, and the map they provide is not updated. Trying to get back to the unit was definitely an adventure every night. The pool/hot tub was quite a drive away from our unit and was dated like walking into an old rec center, not a resort feeling at all...but, locker rooms were clean, staff was friendly and any hot tub after a long day of skiing will do just fine :) Overall we were very pleased and would recommend to anyone looking for a place in Pagosa Springs.

The condo was very nice. It appeared updated. Nice flooring, bathrooms had no grime in the grout and along caulking, furniture seemed newer. It was comfy and cozy for our family of four. Our girls were pleasantly surprised that they each had their own bed in the second bedroom because they don’t like to share. The scenery was gorgeous. There was a pond right behind the condo with the mountains in the background. Pagosa Springs isn’t a large town so we were in a good location for restaurants/activities, etc. The recreation center was a nice amenity. My only complaint, and it’s minor, is that the dryer kept shutting off every 10 minutes. It wasn’t overloaded, and I made sure the lint trap was empty. It took a while to dry a load of clothes, but ultimately I like having a washer/dryer so we don’t go home with dirty clothes.

Was very impressed with the property. Was happy it had a loft with two double beds in addition to the two bedrooms.

This property is in the best part of Pagosa Springs. Lots of restaurants, close to Walmart and of course grocery store access. Great views of the lake and it was so easy checking in and out.

Very nice property, close to restaurants and activities. The condo had great views and was very comfortable. Our family had a great time overall and we would recommend. There were some maintenance issues during our stay; the resort staff was responsive, but the fix was ineffective, so that could have been better.

Wyndham property was great. We stayed in 1 bedroom suites that had everything we needed to feel at home. We booked a two bedroom suite so that our entire group could stay together. The host dropped the ball big time forcing us to accept staying in 2 separate units.

Ok. Not a two bedroom with a 1 king bedroom and 1 with two twins as advertised on vrbo. It was two separate one bedroom condos with a connecting door. Awkward for the teenagers to share a king bed instead of the two twins we signed up for. Two full kitchens totally unnecessary. Don’t they have any two bedroom units? The two units were clean and nice but it’s odd to just connect two ones and call it a two. We thought we would use one of the sofa beds but there were no linens or pillows to do so.

Lovely and spacious apartment, with a beautiful view of mountains, and a nearby small lake. Was great to have the rec room for some easy family entertainment.

Perfect resort for a family getaway to the mountains. We celebrated Christmas with our family and it will be a trip we remember forever. Great location and very accommodating also at the lobby had fun daily activities and fitness center is beautiful.

The check in process was super easy and friendly. There was a reception with wine, beer, and snacks. The receptionist gave us a list of activities, places to eat, and called out where there was live music. The condo was super clean, nice furniture, and had all the amenities that you would need! Plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, and detergent. Close to town, 35 minutes to wolf creek, 5 minutes to the hot springs, and 5 minutes to a grocery store. Everything was just great.

We loved it !!! We got upgraded to a 2bedroom Deluxe and the rooms are super clean and plenty of space.. The amenities are suberb.

I have stayed at this resort multiple times and I am always happy with my stay. This was my first time staying in this condo and I would love to stay here again. My family had a great time.

Awesome spot

The condo itself was mostly clean. Serious issue with cobwebs. Unfortunately, I had no idea we would be on the third floor which was very difficult for my mother. In the effort of being cheap and efficient this timeshare location left you without any soap in the kitchen. But, the view of this specific location far more than made up for it. The view over the pond was amazing. Animals everywhere to watch.

This could have been a wonderful unit, but it was not clean. I had to sweep the floor when we checked in, the carpet had not been vacuumed, the hard floors had not been mopped in a LONG time, and the bed sheets were not clean. I had to wash the bedding before we could sleep in it. I have pictures if anyone cares to see them.
