Pacific Villa #1 | Relaxing Oceanfront Patio Views

Oh my gosh, we loved this place so much! It’s literally right on the edge of the ocean! When high tide comes up, it comes all the way to the rocks which is to the strand that you’re staying right on, so you can totally hear the ocean all day and night, it’s fantastic. I love that it’s historical, built in 1940, such a quaint place, and yet they’ve modernize all the inside, which is super nice. It had everything we needed, you can just walk right down to the beach, walk over to the pier. Or just sit on your porch and soak in the beautiful ocean! You could totally walk in town around to restaurants of shops if you want, or if you decide to drive, it’s literally like five minutes just about everywhere you go, and just a tiny bit further is the marina which also has restaurants and things and some sea lions! I loved it and it was an incredible experience to be on the ocean! I absolutely would stay there again. Of course I never even wanted to leave! Also another bonus is that you park right there where you’re staying, everything was just so easy. And friendly communication. Since it was such a cute place, we just bought groceries and ate all our meals there at the cottage so we could sit and watch the ocean. Fantastic fantastic! If you get a chance, do it!

We had a wonderful time. Location is top notch. Nice cozy and clean cottage. And comms between the owners was a breeze. Highly recommend this and will be coming back also.

We loved the apt. It was clean and being right on the water was amazing. Just hearing the waves was so peaceful. Being able to sit on the porch and watch the beach and the waves was as well. The apartment is small but that was fine with us. Perfect size for two people. The bed was so comfortable. We had a great time walking down the beach to the pier and down the long pier. Both times we went there were pelicans (very large species) on the pier. The fisherman on the pier feed them fish. It is pelican retirement time. They just get to sit there looking beautiful. And it is great to watch them eat a fish. The beach is crowded but beautiful.

Our stay at Pacific Villas was exactly what we needed. It was a quick trip to California filled with stunning ocean views—and best of all, falling asleep to the sound of the waves each night. It was incredibly peaceful. The villa looked just like the photos—super cute and very clean—and the location was perfect, within walking distance to restaurants and everything we needed. We would absolutely recommend it and can’t wait to come back!

This was an ideal getaway for two people. The place was spotless and well-equipped. The host provided plenty of information, including a long list of ideas for eating, sightseeing, etc (as well as some discounts for doing things). The ocean view was spectacular and we spent a lot of time sitting on the great deck just enjoying the view. The little space heater was very welcome on the cool mornings and heated the space perfectly. The bed was comfy and the comforter was toasty. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful location. Great facility. Could use a few more kitchen amenities if staying for entire week and planning on cooking.

We enjoyed our brief stay in this townhouse, located right across the street from the ocean. The views from the balcony were spectacular, we watched surfers, whales, dolphins swimming! We had a great time, and would return again if in the area!
