Stayed Dec 22, 2025Great Location! Close to beach easy walk across street to access. Nice pool, close to lots of food options as well. We walked to the food truck plaza - which had a great selection. Only issue was the AC in primary bedroom leaked when it ran - so really unusable.

Stayed Dec 12, 2025Location is fantastic but when you’re staying for 10 days it would be nice if they left more than 2 wash clothes and 4 towels, especially when they ask you to preserve water. It also would be nice if they provided tissue so you didn’t have to use the limited toilet paper. I still would stay again because I love the location

Stayed May 17, 2025This was an outstanding location, right across from Charley Young Beach. The property provided chairs and an umbrella, which was so helpful. Nice unit with awesome cooling equipment in each room. There were a few little maintenance issues, like the screen door to the lanai was pretty much impossible to move, as well as the bedroom closet doors. Nice to have a washer and dryer and the kitchen was well-appointed. Great parking. The biggest issue we ran into was loud neighbors — not just normal multifamily housing noise, we’re talking banging and moving furniture or something at 2:30 a.m. consistently. Obviously not the property owner’s issue or problem to solve, but it’s good for potential visitors to know. Would stay again!

Stayed Apr 9, 2025Great location in south Kihei. Walking distance to beaches, ABC store, and plenty of restaurants. Accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Recommended.
