The communication is terrible. If the same person doesn't reply, they do not read the previous chain, so you get a completely different answer. For example, an early check in was offered for a fee. I accepted it, but the new responder said no. The apartment is nice. But it is next to the elevator, so you have noisy people, kids and dogs at all hours. There was also loud music coming from the courtyard until 3am one night I complained, but the response was as if I was facing the street, and it was street noise, therefore the cop out excuse, there's nothing we can do about it. But the apartment doesn't face the street, and there are rules about parties in the courtyard. Mgmt doesn't care. The next two nights, the neighbors were extremely loud all night. I complained, even inviting them to come hear for themselves. They don't care. On the third night, someone did come and heard for himself. Nothing he could do, with the layout of the building, they couldn't tell which apartment it was from. and if it was residents, still nothing to do. Just a miserable stay, imagine how you'd feel after three consecutive sleepless nights. Lucky I didn't get ill.The man offered me one nights' refund. All talk. Three weeks later, no refund. Dishonest from start to finish. Go elsewhere.

The staff was fantastic. Very attentive and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. It was great to get bottled water every day. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were quiet for the most part. There is a well stocked store in the building for daily needs, and an indoor play structure for kids to let off some energy.

It was in a safe and convenient area and the host was very kind. There was a grocery store nearby and it was easy to eat. The view of Mexico City from the living room was spectacular and in the morning we had a wonderful sunrise.

Just half a block from the Palacio Bellas Artes and from the Museo de Arte Popular. Really great location for exploring Centro Historico. GoTan, the Argentinian restaurant on the main floor of the building was delicious and very conveniently located after a day of exploring - the waiters are very nice and were very accommodating with dietary restrictions. There is also a convenience store on the main floor of the building where you can buy water and some snacks. The apartment was as pictured and the bed was comfortable. The windows face a central courtyard rather than the street, which keeps noise down, though you can hear people upstairs if they choose to have a party. It didn't bother me, but light sleepers might be annoyed. Absolutely do a tour of the pyramids with Ricardo, the driver they recommend - he is excellent and knows everything about Mexican history. My one complaint would be that there seemed to be a bit of a disconnect between whoever was answering the messages on VRBO and the people actually managing the apartment. We were told on VRBO to be at the apartment to check in at noon. When no one was there at 12PM we called all the numbers in the email we had received and couldn't get anyone on the phone. It turned out that check in wasn't until 3PM and the numbers for the property managers were completely different from the ones in the email. The person messaging through VRBO also said late check out was 8PM but in person they said 6PM. Once we were all set up though everything was great. Thanks!

HI. This is the 3rd time we are staying at Bruce's properties and I must say always a pleasure. All his apts are great, clean. His service employees are so helpful. This is the only place to stay if you would like to visit Mexico City.

Bruce arranged airport pickup late of the night we arrived, which is very helpful for first time travellers. the condo is very clean and organised. Laura and Citalli were very helpful during our stay, even offer to buy veggies and bring to our room. we feel very much warm welcomed. the condo has swimming pool, we enjoyed almost private owned swimming. Building is 24hrs secured. food and restaurants are all walking distance, with food stores right in the lobby. steps away to main attractions, main road, breakfast, just name it. great suggest any type of travellers visiting Mexico City. great place to stay, will receive home style hospitality.
