Stayed Sep 12, 2025We've stayed previously at one of the other condos, I generally pick this area due to the views are great and it's very quiet, no loud music or loud guests as per this and previous stays. The condo was very nice,however we did have issues with the internet the first night but was resolved the next day. I noticed the condo was not swept as there was much sand/hair on the floor, sunflower seeds under the bed as I swept and food crumbs on the master bed. I hope the sheets had been washed. The night before we left there was a water leak in the air conditioning closet, notified management and they requested to put towels on the floor, took pictures and sent to management. The only other thing was the shower faucet in the master bedroom was corroded and in need of repair. Other than that, our stay was great and enjoyed the time spent at the condo.

Stayed Jul 27, 2025I didn’t receive the email about the check in process so that took some time. In the email it said we could get a key to open the storage for the extra chairs and rackets, etc. The property manager said someone would come open the door and then never returned my texts so that was annoying. Still a great unit and on the beach which is wonderful.

Stayed Nov 8, 2024The condo was great, spacious and clean. Great location for to the start of the races for the SPI 5K and Half Marathon. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed May 31, 2023Just returned from a week at this property and it was perfect! The beach access and view was amazing - can’t ask for a closer condo to the beautiful water and sunrises! Everything was clean, lots of space for our family of 4 to spread out and the beach chairs and toys in the storage closet was an added bonus. The staff on site were the friendliest people - so helpful and welcoming! We had a blast at South Padre Island and were sad to leave! Def will be back!

Stayed Apr 5, 2023Conveniently located in a building on the very south end of SPI. Comfortable, most everything we needed was there. Oddly low on drinking glasses. Dishwasher works but the lights indicating cycles, etc don’t function. Complex is smaller than most on the island, seemed quiet and still lots of people of all ages around pool and grounds.
