Great unit! We enjoyed our stay!

Great location! Felt like a quiet place in a very loud city, but close enough to get in on the fun easily.

Decent room with space. Carpet could use a cleaning a bit gross, hot tub broken doesn't work, great balcony view, coffee maker didn’t work correctly it was a tiny puck for a drip unit, fridge could get colder. Mid stay was cool because of location, but overpriced for lack of working amenities.

As described, the contracted housekeeping company was a bit sparing with full towel sets, toilet paper, and shampoo. The owner was responsive and arranged for additional supplies, though extra towel sets were not provided. We made it work, and the unit was comfortable and clean, albeit somewhat dated. Overall, a good experience and I would stay again.

Room was clean for the most part, could use some paint in places where the vacuum hits the trim. Door was filthy. Carpet was pretty grimy looking, I’m sure it had been vacuumed though. Sheets had some stains on them, even though they were clean. Host told us that the jacuzzi was out of order on the day of check in. I’m sure it’s been broken down for weeks, or months and there was no plan of fixing it. I would check to see if it’s been fixed before booking if you plan on using it.All in all it was an ok room. I would have spent some extra money for a room with some patio furniture and a working jacuzzi.

The host did a Great job at communicating with us! The biggest flaw we had was not having a Kuerig, for coffe drinkers the regular 4 serving coffee pot wasn't up to date. The headboard on the bed needs to be addressed as well as an outlet where the alarm clock is.

Absolutely amazing property. Had a blast. Will definitely book again.

It was a nice facility, nice clean room with a good view. My only complaint would be that the coffee pods that were provided to not work well with the coffee maker. But other than that, I would stay here again.

This condo was the perfect location for me! Easy access to the MGM Grand hotel, restaurants, casino and the monorail. Would book again in a heartbeat !

For the most part, everything was good. The room is nice, bathroom is big and the jet tub is nice as well.The kitchenette is good for very basic cooking such as eggs.

Could’ve been cleaner. Needed to call owner to get enough washcloths for everyone (3). Owner was very quick in responses

Close to the strip, easy to receive deliveries like doordash, nice size jacuzzi tub, cooking and storing our own food was a plus.

We had an amazing time vusiting National and State parks

The Signature is a pretty good place as far as location. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It is showing its age and could use an update. Furniture and carpet is worn but serviceable. For the price it's a good deal.

This place was clean and host was quick to reply to any concerns we had. Loved the balcony view. Pool was very nice. The bed was the best!!!!

I was a little nervous because we weren’t booking directly through the hotel but it was definitely a good experience!! The location was great and the biggest plus was valet! I’ve stayed at other locations and always had to pay parking so this was a plus for us. The room was amazing for us. It was pretty spacious.

Really liked location to the Monorail.

As this is my 3rd stay at Signature MGM Towers, am quite familiar with the property. My most recent stay is like the others. The property could use a total upgrade. The furniture, carpet, kitchen area is very outdated! It would not be overly expensive to upgrade. I will consider looking at other properties on my next visit!

I enjoyed staying here vs a casino resort. Easy accessibility.

Great location. The room was exactly what we needed. Something very minor no outlets near the night stand.

We were happy with the cleanliness - the bed was comfortable. What took us by surprise was the outdated furniture -and stained carpet - there was no furniture out on the balcony so if you wanted to sit and enjoy coffee - you couldn't without dragging one of the old chairs outside. We stayed for 5 nights - we were allotted two towels a piece - 3 rolls of toilet paper - No papertowels - and just a few kleenex. That was a little disappointing. Sometimes its the small things when you are away from home - we went and bought some to use for our stay.

Nice clean room. Beautiful balcony view. Awesome jacuzzi tub.
