Owner Managed 3 Bedroom Luxury Condo with River View

The condo was spacious and clean. My grandsons (6 and 4) loved the lazy river.

Everything was perfect. I've stayed in several of the units and this is the nicest one by far. Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Pigeon Forge! The unit was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, making it feel cozy and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge convenience during our trip. The beds were very comfortable—we all slept great—and the balcony offered a lovely view that made our mornings and evenings even more relaxing. The location was perfect, close to all the local attractions and great restaurants, yet still peaceful and quiet. Kitty, the owner, was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and helpful with any questions we had. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book this condo again in the future!

Very comfortable place to stay with being right behind Dolly Stampede Dining Event. Not far from Dollywood too. The owners were fast on answering any questions and it had everything needed inside just like your home.

Great place for a family vacation- perfect amount of space, clean and had a very well-stocked kitchen. The kids loved the pool, bouncy pillow and seeing ducks in the river behind the building. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and comfortable. Great views. Only downside was pool, hot tub, workout facilities all closed. A lot of money to pay for lack of amenities. I am sure owners were not aware this was going to happen. Would definitely stay here again. Great experience!!!!

The host was very welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect with a great view of the river, we saw a bald eagle right in front of the balcony every day. The condo is high end and beautiful. We enjoyed it very much.

Kitty's place was beautiful and roomy and easy to get to! She made the entire process, from booking to checking out, smooth! The kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable and there are plenty of towels. She gave us a lot of ideas for dining and places to visit. The view from her condo is gorgeous! If our travels ever take us to Pigeon Forge again, we will definitely stay at Kitty's place.

This condo is our favorite VRBO to date! My wife and I stayed here with our four kids ages 9-16. The condo was extremely clean, has a great layout, and has basically every amenity we have at home. Only thing I can think to add would be white noise machines in the bedrooms, but I used my phone instead so not a big deal. The lazy river is very nice and was a huge hit with the kids! We also enjoyed Anakeesta and Splash Country waterpark on a hot day. Overall I highly recommend staying here, we would love to visit again someday!

This unit has everything you could need on your Pigeon Forge getaway. From the three comfortable bedrooms to the ample lounging and dining space, you won’t ever want your trip to end. The owner has appointed the unit thoughtfully so you won’t be left wanting for anything during your stay. When there is a desire to leave the lazy river and do something off property, you are perfectly situated to enjoy everything from Gatlinburg to Sevierville.

Wonderful stay, this is the first time taking the entire family and staying at Riverstone Spa and Resort, generally we rent a cabin when our family of 6 goes. However, this was so pleasant, it was enough room. Location, location! - 5 starsClean - 5 starsCommunication with owner- 5 stars! Will stay again and already checking out their other properties they own at other locations.

My family and I stayed here for a baseball tournament. The location was close to everything we did. The property had so much for the kids to do. The view of the river from the balcony was great! The condo itself was clean and spacious. The owners did such a great job thinking of little details to help our stay. 10/10 recommend this property!!!!

The condo is beautiful! Sitting on the balcony with river below is absolutely amazing. We would have the sliding door opened a little at night before going to sleep to listen to the river. It was so relaxing. Kitty is amazing to work with. Always answered any questions I had promptly. We definitely will stay here again

This was our second time staying at Riverstone Resort. The condo was beautiful, clean and very conveniently located to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, the Smoky Mountains and Dollywood. We enjoyed the lazy river, indoor pool and workout facility as well. We would highly recommend staying at the resort/condo to anyone thinking about visiting the area.

The condo was better than we could hope for. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we could need. Our boys loved that the lazy river pool was right next to our condo. My husband’s favorite spot was the balcony listening to the river. If we ever go back to Pigeon Forge I would definitely want to stay at this condo

First of all, the owner was very responsive, she answered any questions we had very quickly. The grounds are well taken care of and there was plenty of parking. When you walk in the unit you feel like there is an element of luxury. Nice bedding, upscale kitchen and appliances and a fireplace. Luxury doesn't stop there at Riverstone there is a Spa. Plan ahead like we did and book a massage online at the spa. The signature spa includes hot rocks! We found great restaurants: Local Goat in Pigeon Forge, The Peddler in Gatlingburg, and The Old Mill Pottery House Cafe. We like to walk, and we could access the river walkway across from Riverstone and walk to the Old MIll area, Patriot Park and even down to the Island. We enjoy the fun of the Island--love to watch the fountain there. Especially pretty with the lights. Overall, the experience that Kitty and Mark provide with this unit is spectacular it truly is a chance to experience luxury.

We have stayed at Riverstone in the past. As usual it is perfect for our family. We only had a short time to getaway and everything was perfect. Communication with Kitty was prompt and professional. The unit was very clean and well well maintained. Will stay again.

The condo as always clean & beautiful ! Close to everything

This was probably the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Everything met or exceeded expectations. All of the kitchen supplies were of great quality. We also really enjoyed the pool area. My 4 year old loved the baby pool and we all appreciated a soak in the hot tub.

Everything was perfect except I was very uncomfortable sleeping in one of the twin beds, mattress too hard.

Perfect place for our Dollywood trip and is close to everything. We will definitely stay here again!

Kitty's place was great! A+/Fully stocked kitchen, very clean, beautifully decorated, this condo has a great river view, stunning Mountain View and you can see Dolly Stampede which is a 3 min drive!!! Right down the street to Dollywood!!! We will certainly recommend her place and hope to stay in the future!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Kitty’s condo. It was very clean, easy to locate, and the listing photos don’t do it justice. Kitty was great to work with and we would definitely stay in this condo again if we return to the area. Wonderful host and overall experience.

Very nice condo in RiverStone Resort. It has a great floor plan, balcony with view, and super clean. Us five ladies had a great time while in Pigeon Forge, due in part because of this condo! Owners were great, too.

Property was nice, well kept, with ample parking. The elevators were quick. Condo itself was very clean. There was seating for 4 adults and two children, both inside and on the balcony. My littles enjoyed having their own beds in their own room. Other two bedrooms had nice bedding and comfy pillows. It was close enough to be convenient to everything. I will definitely look to stay here again.
