Upon entering Beach Thirty guests are greeted with an expansive entry way that leads into an open floor plan layout. This spacious condo offers 3 bedrooms / 2 full bathrooms, being one of the larger style floor plans in the complex. This condo has been completely remodeled and updated with brand new furniture and stainless steel appliances. The living room offers a luxurious section sofa that is also a queen sleeper sofa which can sleeper 2 adults. Additionally, the living room offers a large flat screen TV and the dinning room table with seating for 6 at the table and 4 more at the kitchen bar. The balcony is spacious and offers guests the opportunity to see all that goes on in Seacrest from their own private balcony.

The master bedroom offers a comfortable and relaxing King size bed with a flat screen TV, the master also offers full access to the balcony that overlooks the Village actives. The enormous ensuite bathroom offers a walk-in shower, double vanities and a large soaking tub for guests to enjoy. Additionally, the condo offers another king size bed that is located closer to the entry of the condo as well as the third bedroom that offers a twin over full bunk bed both rooms have flat screen TV's and share a full sized Tub/Shower combo.The Village of South Walton is centrally located between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, once guests arrive they can park their cars and walk to all the restaurants and shops.

Beach Access: Getting to the beach is a breeze.... just walk to the front of 30A like you are going towards Alys Beach and once you come up to the white Seacrest Beach Lifeguard chair you cross 30A and walk direct down the pathway about 100 yards and you are at the beach. A free shuttle will drive you to the beach entrance or you can take the short walk. Either way, everything is only a few minutes from your doorstep.

    We have stayed in Rosemary and Seacrest many times. This year, we had a smaller group and wanted to try staying in the middle of the action in the Seacrest Village. We were not disappointed and would love to come back to this same 3rd floor condo again! It was a bonus to hear and watch the music play from the balcony every night until 9:30!

    Me and my family had a wonderful stay at Beach Thirty! We enjoyed the comfortable condo and loved the decor/furniture too! The location couldn't be any better! The kids loved being in the middle of all the action that Seaside offered in the loop, with access to shopping/food/music. Not to mention the great shuttle to and from the beach! All in all we would definitely recommend this place and will return in the future!

    Superb unit in a very convenient location. The unit was well maintained and we felt very comfortable during our stay. The furnishings and decor were very nice. It is a little loud at night so may be an issue if staying with very young children. Our kids are a bit older so actually enjoyed the independence of being able to walk downstairs and walk/bike around town, and we felt they were very safe. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay again!

    Loved this area and the condo was nice and up to date. Very disappointed that we notified the property manager of a drain issue at the beginning of our stay and it was never fixed, making it hard for more that one person to shower in a 2 hour time frame. We reminded them of the problem a second time and let them know the master toilet was not flushing…. No response. It’s upsetting to stay somewhere and spend that kind of money to get basically one working bathroom.

    I couldn’t not rave more about this condo! The location to everything was prefect. There are shops right below you and you are only a few minutes walk from Rosemary or Aly’s beach. Being on the 3rd floor isn’t even a sweat with the elevator right next door and the view is worth it. You can also sit on the patio and listen to the live music at night playing right below you. The pool is prefect for all family sizes with the large shallow pool for small children (including my 10 month old) and separate deep pool and hot tub. Our family really enjoyed The tram service getting to and from the beach, it made the trip really simple and convenient. The condo was beautiful and looks just like the pictures, our one issue were the floors. Being a beach condo I can understand the floors being harder to keep clean, but with a crawling baby I noticed it more. When we would pick him up his hands and feet would be black. You would have to dust off your feet before getting in bed and my baby also tried put questionable things in his mouth a few times. I would recommend bring your house shoes.
