Stayed May 30, 2025Overall, this unit is what you see in the photos and in the description. I'll break it down into more details:PROS:The owner is extraordinary with her communication! Check in was seamless! We didn't have to get parking passes, or go to a check-in counter. Cleanliness was IMPECCABLE! I'd even go as far to say that this may be the cleanest unit I've ever stayed in on VRBO! The building was great! We loved the gated parking lot, the multiple pools, and how amazing the property staff were! The onsite property staff were noteworthy and they were constantly on top of everything! The primary bedroom and bathroom were great and even gave you 2 vanities so that you could have 2 separate counters for spouses which I always appreciate. The balcony was giant and wrapped in front of the primary giving you fantastic views, but also came with blackout drapes for bedtime. Also, this unit is one of the only ones that does NOT max out the thermostat to some crazy temperature like 74! CONS:There honestly aren't many. The biggest ones were the balcony furniture quite frankly SUCKS. Spring for some nice resin all weather furniture so we can enjoy it more. The entire unit (mostly the sofas) are OLD and outdated. No beach unit should ever have fabric sofas especially from the 80s. The kitchen table also sucks. It's all glass with iron garden chairs. Dated and uncomfortable. Repaint the entire living area a nice lighter color! Those improvements would elevate this unit so much.

Stayed Jul 14, 2024I have zero complaints about my trip. The view of the ocean was phenomenal, the condo was very comfortable, it was easy to get to the beach each day. The owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns that I had. I’d recommend this rental to anyone, and when I return to Navarre with my family next I will certainly try to book it again.
