OVERLOOK PERCH: BEAUTIFUL VIEWS OF THE MOUNTAINS AND LAKE PLACID LAKE

2nd time staying here. Awesome condo that is very clean and well stocked. And the view….. amazing. My wife and I really enjoyed the long weekend here as we celebrated her birthday. We will absolutely be back!

The location and the view of the lake and mountains is spectacular. The kitchen is very well appointed and stocked.

Nice spot with gorgeous views. I could sit on the deck and read my book all day. Kitchen and appliances were updated and modern. Everything was very clean. Bed pillows were laughably flat.

This was our 2nd time staying at Margaret’s perfectly appointed condo. So clean and well decorated. Views are stunning. We didn’t want to leave!!

Our family routinely travels to Lake Placid and staying at Margaret’s home made our holiday week stand out from other times we have visited the area. Everything was exceptional. The views, cleanliness, comfort, location, and communication with our host was all 5 Star. The hardest part of the trip was having to go back home. We will have very fond memories of our stay here.

Clean, cute, and perfect location.

The view from the balcony was beautiful with a glass of wine in the afternoon. Very peaceful. Had a wonderful time exploring the Adirondacks and staying at Margaret’s place. A lot of room for the two of us. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, dishes and all the utensils you need to cook with. We would definitely stay there again.

Overlook Perch met all our expectations. The views were amazing, and the information book was very helpful. The unit was well appointed, and comfortable. The host is awesome! Would recommend to others!

This property is absolutely stunning, and the condo itself has an incredible view of Lake Placid and Whiteface. We were visiting for the Ironman, and were so busy in town that we never ended up picking up beach badges, but we thoroughly enjoyed the condo. We hosted our friends for dinner two nights, one at the restaurant on the lake (a quarter mile walk), and another takeout after the Ironman. Our kids and our friends loved being here! It was roomy enough for our two families (8 people) to hang out and eat. The condo itself also has so many nice touches, such as heated bathroom floors and towel racks, an enormous soaking tub, and generally well-stocked kitchen. It was also nice to be just on the outskirts of town but only a 5 minute drive to downtown. We will certainly be back; it was so peaceful and restorative!

Gorgeous view, comfortable apartment, with an outstanding location. Very responsive host. Highly recommended.
