Outstanding 2BR in River Run. Fully stocked, steps from gondola and shopping

Perfect location

Easy access to the gondola. Check in was clearly outlined and easy.

Tv didn’t work in second bedroom and would’ve been nice to be able to login to our own streaming services.

The rental was just as listed! Great location, clean and up to date. Everything in place and available for the stay. Host was great, wasn’t needed but communicated to let us know if we needed anything. Already booked another stay in March.

The host was excellent and extremely responsive. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed - including extra touches like body lotion and humidifiers. The 3 hot tubs on property were very nice as well. I highly recommend.

We had a great time and the place was so close to the gondola. Everything was clean and we brought our own food and had everything we needed to cook meals. We hope to be back soon.

All fine with unit. No hot water for a day or two.

The toilet in the master needs repair it is loose , kitchen cupboard below sink is partially loose, showers have no bar or shampoo or soap holder which would be helpful. . The worse was warm water not hot to take a shower. The beds were very comfortable including the pillows, very clean. Kitchen well stocked. Over all very nice, the water was the worse. Thank you

Check-in was simple -- you just need to pay attention to the fact that it is off-site and you need to locate it ahead of time from the check-in information provided via email.The condo was pretty, very clean and bright, with quality bedding and linens. The primary suite is roomy and private with double sinks and lots of counter space, and the toilet is located in its own enclosed space. We were there for the bluegrass and beer festival and loved the convenience of being right there in the middle of everything. As others commented, if you don't mind taking the stairs, this being an end unit makes it really convenient to go in and out. We also really enjoyed the covered balcony where we could go to take a break or sit out a brief rainstorm without having to be inside. The condo was very comfortable for 2 couples and the sleeping areas not being next door to each other allows for privacy. The kitchen was well stocked, but a new skillet would be a good addition to replace one that has received some hard use and seen better days.The owner responded quickly to a couple of questions we had prior to check-in, and was super helpful and responded immediately when we initially had a problem with the hot water. The issue was resolved quickly and everything was perfect during the remainder of our stay.

The condo was great! We had all the essentials and the kitchen was nicely stocked with important items. It was quiet and easily accessible!

Entire condo was adequate, but certainly not as big as pictures make it look. Hot water only available if you let it run 10 minutes or longer, everyday. Having the shop close was nice, but many of them are closed during the week. Close to nice bike path. Gondola never operated while we were there for 4 days. Couch bed not worth using. Nice back porch. We found garage parking to be inconvenient as it was quite a walk to condo. Jacuzzis were wonderful, billiards table was fun, exercise room is well equipped. Overall nice place, just small for our party of four.

The heck in process was confusing to say the least. We spent close to an hour trying to find the central check in location. I would say there were others wondering around as well. All looking for this mysterious central check in locations. An agent from another property management literally took us in her car and guided us. The check in desk was not in the building we were in. It was actually down the road a ways that getting to by car was not possible. Thank you for the guardian angel who helped. Property was nice once we finally got our key card and settled in. Future travelers should really know that the address of the unit is Not where you get your key cards. Be sure and get the exact location of the check in location.

Great time with our family for a short mountain getaway. Place was great and had anything we hoped for. Great location and easy access to a bunch of activities. Would definitely stay again.

We came for the bourbon & bacon festival in River Run. It started at 1 and check in was at 3. We were told there was no way of getting around coming back at 3 to check in. The whole idea of staying at the condo was that we would not need to drive that afternoon because we would be drinking. There should be a way to work around that.

Loved the condo and the location. Very short walk to the River Run Gondola. Unit was well laid out and our party of 5 had plenty of room. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Place was in a great location and was easy access to and from the slopes

All was good except none of the 3 TVs worked which was disappointing. Everything else was great!

Enjoyed our stay. The highlight was being able to walk to the lifts and not have to schlep our gear back into a car or a bus. Access to a ski locker was great, but note there is one ski locker key if you’re heading to and from the slopes in waves or separate groups. Felt it was quiet once in the property and couldn’t hear neighbors. Property owner was responsive. Thanks!

Fabulous location near restaurants, shops & slopes!! Quiet end unit with comfortable seating for 4 adults in family area. Great to have covered parking for the car. Our other guests paid 25 a night to park in the River Run Ski Lot. It would of been nice if the unit provided additional towels for the hot tub & sauna. Also, the unit only had 2 drinking/water glasses & 2 tiny wine glasses in the unit. They did have 4 (1-2 oz) wine tasting glasses, but really those are worthless unless you are actually wine tasting. These were little things, I hope the management company will correct. : )

There to ski for a couple of days over a holiday weekend. Unit was comfortable and perfect for our needs. The location is fantastic. There are multiple restaurants/bars within a 1-2 min walk of the lobby, and only a 3-4 min. walk to the lifts. The ski locker and heated garage were great additional amenities to have. Would absolutely stay there again.

We have stayed in the Silver Mill numerous times and would not hesitate to do so again. I really love the underground parking so we're not loading and unloading in the middle of a snow storm. Also love the ski lockers which avoids us from having to haul all of our gear up to the room or back to our car every day. Very clean. Any questions we needed answering, owners were very prompt and helpful. Would not hesitate to book with them again!

Close to walk to gondola. My family visits Keystone every Christmas and we love staying as close to the gondola as possible without breaking the bank. This was a great condo for my family of 5, with the stairs right there outside our condo door to use if you wanted to go for dinner, etc. It is the end condo which made it more quiet than others we have stayed in at Silvermill. The host was quick to respond to an extra humidifier request and very accommodating. Definitely will stay here again!

Could have used a couple of soap dishes in the master bathroom and a towel hook more near the shower

We weren't able to check-in initially, as a mistake with the dates had been made, but they corrected it quickly and got us in. Overall a nice spot to stay, very close to everything you could want.

Modern condo.

No complaints, best rental I've had.

Greeted with a very musty smell that took 2 days of open windows to remove. Heavy wooden patio furniture stacked in the living room which we had to move to the patio. Patio sliding doors had not been cleaned. Hot water to kitchen sink and showers took forever. Blinds could not be adjusted.Very slippery shower floors. No rubber mats. Coffee table beat up with broken hinges. Living room decor could use an update.

Very nice place to stay in Keystone!

We come to Keystone every year the same week to escape the heat. We love the quiet and we love the Beer and Bluegrass Festival.

It was a nice place to spend a night.

Had all the necessities for our family to enjoy the weekend in beautiful surroundings. Thank you~
