Stayed May 27, 2026Really a bad experience. The unit number they gave us was incorrect. We spent 30 minutes walking around the entire condo complex to no avail. I called the emergency number after another several minutes, the girl finally figured out what the correct unit number was. Once we did get into the unit, we were met by the smell of rancid grease in the upstairs kitchen area. We reported this to the management company. They sent a cleaner out the next day, but it barely improved the horrible smell. The internet worked less than 50% of the time. I was unable to use my laptop for a business requirement. All of this was reported. We asked to be moved to another unit, but none were available. Really a bad overall experience.

Stayed May 9, 2026We stayed three nights with two couples. We specifically wanted separate bathrooms and not have to share. Though the condo does have two bathrooms, the floor plan makes it awkward as one bathroom is downstairs next to the bedrooms while the second is upstairs just off the kitchen. We were unaware that the condo was two stories - not sure it’s even mentioned in the property description.Besides the strange floor plan, the place was clean, quiet and comfortable. The kitchen is tiny and the knives need sharpening.I feel the cleaning fee is excessive, otherwise it was a fair/good value.

Stayed May 6, 2026Super comfortable beds and bedding, clean, great communication, cute, kitchen had everything we needed. Loved this place. Wi-fi was a little off and on, but we were able to work around it. Could have reached out, but just used our hot spots. Would definitely recommend to others and would book again.

Stayed Dec 25, 2025The site’s location is fantastic and so is the administration (very responsive). The place, though, is ready for a facelift. Heaters are very noisy, toilets need an update! Cuttlery is like if one was renting a third-tier place. There aren’t blackout curtains, the front door light illuminates one of the bedrooms as a result. The sofa-bed is incredibly soft and precarious. All these are little things that if fixed, will really make the place a 5-star vrbo as the administration wants the hosts to raye the place.

Stayed Aug 30, 2025Two nights in Jackson to visit Teton NP, etc. Great location not far from The Square and restaurants. Outpost team communicated very well. This property has a well-stocked kitchen, good appliances, comfortable furniture/beds. Bathrooms aren't large bit worked for us.

Stayed Nov 30, 2024Nice place for 2 people, kitchen is small, great view of Snow King, easy access to everything in and around town. The shower/tubs, the water is opposite, cold is hot and hot is cold, not sure how a plumber could get it crossed up on just the showers? and not the bath vanities right next to them. Hmm

Stayed Oct 22, 2024This property is perfectly located between the ski hill and the center of town. Both within walking distance. The space is well maintained and the beds are incredibly comfortable. It's very quiet at night and you never hear the neighbors or traffic. Parking close to the door was great. The internet worked well. Thermostats were easy to get the temp right. I wish we were there long enough to enjoy the great fireplace and deck.

Stayed Sep 27, 2024We stayed here one night so my daughter could run the Jackson marathon in the morning. The location is superb, the accommodations are super comfy, big and clean. We enjoyed it thoroughly!
