Outpost: Cedars 1413 - Aspens Location!

Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations, especially given the price of the property.First, the sofa bed should not be offered as a sleeping option. It is old, in poor condition, and extremely uncomfortable.We also experienced a significant issue with a clogged toilet. After contacting someone at 8:30 AM, we waited over three hours for a plunger. Initially, we were told someone would come right away, but later informed it would be in the afternoon. With six people in the unit and only one restroom available, this was extremely disruptive. A basic item like a plunger should be readily available in every unit.Additionally, the WiFi was slow, unreliable, and eventually stopped working altogether. We contacted maintenance but did not receive a response until the following day—after we had already checked out. As someone who needed to work during this trip, this was particularly frustrating. The dryer also appears to be malfunctioning. It took over three hours to dry a standard load of laundry, which suggests it may need servicing.Overall, we would rate this stay two stars. We are not particularly demanding guests, but several basic expectations were not met, and the level of customer service was disappointing. When we requested a plunger, it felt as though our concern was not taken seriously, and we had to repeatedly follow up.

Smelled like smoke

Host was welcoming. Place was clean and had all that was needed. Very pleased with the location as well.

We enjoyed being away from the crowds of Jackson. The area and the condo were both quiet and serene. I would stay here again. The cleaner forgot to do the bathroom floor, it was otherwise spotless I would not

Very clean and cozy place to stay for couple days ski trip! One of the best location to anywhere, plus a small supermarket in the community.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was comfortable, clean, and close to the ski hill.

We loved staying in this condo and it was a perfect location for us. Grocery store nearby. Nice, quiet neighborhood. The Outpost team communicated very well and their overall hospitality was fantastic. We will be staying here again and would highly recommend.

Nice stay with enough room for our family of 3, good location to park and town

Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen supplies scant, glass broken in cupboard. cupboard doors wide for small galley area and didn't catch, would swing open and hit you in head. 38 degrees out and heater wouldn’t come on, came over and couldn't fix. DR light fixture filthy, patio shade broken. Bathroom adequate.
