Great communication!!

The location was great and the property was immaculent. We loved the deck and spent a lot of family time their hanging out and playing games. I really love that they had family board games available for us. We are a board game family. The spsce was clean and big enough for everyone to have yheir corner. We enjoyed our stay.

Fall Creek never disappoints. We love the area and as usual we were welcomed with a nice clean condo. Can’t wait to go again!!

The communication via text was great. The set up was nice and the perfect size for our family. We had trouble with the coffee maker actually making a full pot of coffee but the k-cup worked so it was not a huge deal. The location was quiet and the neighbors we saw were friendly. My family and I felt safe.

We loved our stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beds were very nice, and the laundry setup was a great bonus. It was the perfect space for our family, located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The only downside was that the pool was closed during our stay — it would have been helpful to know that in advance for planning. Otherwise, a fantastic experience!

Overall great experience with check-in and communication. Our only complaint is the cigarettes smell when entering the property, we could immediately smell it and smelled it in the towels as well.

Very clean and easy process. Close to everything we wanted. We will definitely be staying there again.

Very nice condo. Very clean with everything we needed. Nice, quiet area but not too far from the main attractions. We would definitely stay there again.

The good- it was clean, decorated well, the cost was nice as well, and mostly functional The bad- The second bedroom with the bunk beds did not have any way to block the light from the upper window which is impossible to reach. This means whoever is sleeping in this room better go to bed and wake up with the sun or have a sleep mask, with children this is far from ideal. Also note the amenities like the pool are pretty far away from the condo so it is best to drive. Overall- We didn't have any problems with check-in or check-out but I wouldn't stay here again as it just didn't work for my family.

Perfect size and location for a quick trip with friends!

This condo was perfect me, my husband and mother (82 years old). It was clean and comfortable and had what we needed for our stay. The condo was missing the hair dryer and a text message later they had one delivered within about 2 hours, which was much appreciate.It was close to all activities, but far enough away to get out of the rat race of downtown.

Great location, 5 minutes to the center of 76, yet quiet neighbors weren't noisy. Check in and check out was easy without the exhausting list of check out demands. Would definitely again.

Our family came to Branson to see the lights of Christmas. This condo was close enough to the sights to be convenient but was outside of the busyness of the crowds. The condo was clean and comfortable and communication with the hosts was great. We would stay here again.

This property was nice. My suggestions for the owner, fix the windows so they can open, fix the sliding door screen so the beautiful weather could have been enjoyed on the deck. Also for future stays change out the bunk beds in t he second bedroom with twinbbeds . It would also be helpful to have one building for those traveling with pets. I have dogs at home , but spent several nights listening to our neighbors dogs barking and howling while they wrre out.beds.

Three retired ladies had a Get-away, 2 nights and three days in Branson. We'd never traveled together previously, but this condo was the perfect space for us!! Cozy and Homey, but still roomy enough for us to have our own personal space! Thanks so much, will book again!!

Great communication, as described, clean!

When I was looking for a place to stay for vacation, the options were a little overwhelming! I decided on this one because of how cute it was and the price was right! It did not disappoint! It was the perfect little space for us to stay! It was clean, in a place close to the attractions, and it was in a safe area! There were a lot of families around! Never had any issues and the communication with the host team was great! We’ll go back!

Clean property and neighborhood. Host Ms. Sabrina very helpful. Will definitely visit back and stay at this property.

We were visiting for a dance competition. Location was perfect to the theatre and any food and attraction we wanted to do. Condo was clean and perfect for our needs.

Clean, well equipped and family friendly. It doesnt get much better than this!
