Stayed Jun 6, 2026We had a fabulous time at Our Happy Place. It is aptly named. The condo was fabulous - everything we needed was there. Our group loved being on the beach and enjoyed the pool. We'll definitely be back.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful, modern condo just steps from the beach. Great location and amenities. We loved being close to the beach and used the pool nearly every day. While we did love our stay, the King size mattress in the main bedroom is unacceptable and needs to be replaced. There are visible indentations and lumps, and you can actually feel the springs in certain spots (and for reference, I'm 5'6 140 lbs and he's 6'1 175 lbs...we are not large people). This was an unfortunate discomfort to an otherwise perfect condo. I also would like to note for future renters that the sectional couch and accent pillows are down feather. While I am allergic, it was not a huge issue because we spent most of our time outdoors :)

Reviewer Comments: This vacation rental was by far the nicest condo that we have rented in the OBX! It is evident that the owners and reality company take care of this property. Very neat and clean! All amenities are updated. Very kid friendly with kids step stool and cutlery/dishes, kids movies and games. Kitchen had all necessary appliances including a croc pot! We have stayed at many places (oceanfront) that have that ocean musty smell-this place did not! Would recommend this location to anyone!
