OUR HAPPY PLACE ~ Adorable 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo Steps from the Beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was from March 1st 2024 to May 1st 2024. We found Our Happy Place to fit our needs, comfortable, spacious, bright and well appointed. We have been coming to KW for over 20 years and have mainly stayed in Old Town. We found 1800 Atlantic to be a sweet spot and really enjoyed the lovely outdoor amenities, especially the lovely views pool side and the lush gardens leading to the waterfront. We truly felt it was a quiet get-away spot but close enough to town with use of bikes or ride share. Plenty of excellent walking options for our morning walks.The appliances were all in good working order, kitchen well furnished with necessary gadgets, and ample storage. Beds were very comfortable, linens new and fresh. A few minor suggestions...the window treatments in the primary bedroom would benefit being room darkening. Although the sheers gave the room an airy feeling the afternoon sun heated the floor tiles and the room making the room very warm, making use of the air conditioning a necessity. With a stay of 2 months we did a lot of living in this space and found the living room furniture not the most comfortable. The addition of one very comfy chair would make a huge difference. Our property manager Whitney was always very responsive and a great problem solver. We really appreciated her keeping tabs of our arrival and facilitating an earlier check-in.All in all we had a great experience and look forward to our return visit in 2025!

The only issue, was the elevator failed on three occasions. Whitney, our property manager was terrific. She promptly and courteously addressed any concern that I brought to her attention. After the third breakdown the elevator operated efficiently.

She arranged for two box springs, at my cost, and had them installed. Each request I had she answered and resolved promptly and professionally. She made my stay as comfortable as possible for me being mobility challenged.
