ORLANDO VISTA CAY - LAKE VIEW, CLOSE TO INT'L DR, UNIVERSAL, DISNEY, CONV CENTER

This condo was the perfect space for us and our son while in town for swim meet. Amenities were great, space was super clean and laid out really well. We enjoyed the outdoor deck and view. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a safe and family friendly environment! Great location to the parks and we loved having Publix and restaurants close by! Very happy with our stay!

This condo is in an absolute prime location, and feels so peaceful and private with the lake behind it! The rooms are plenty spacious and we just felt very comfortable here! We did wash all the towels and linens before use because they were dingy, stained, and smelled a bit “old”, but this was our only minor complaint. We would absolutely stay here again, just would suggest the owner renew the linens!

It's a nice place to stay - It was very well located for us with events at the Hilton Convention Center. Please do buy some new towels - I was shocked at these - Seemed like they were from the 1970s - Very thin, sour smelling, etc. We just used the beach towels.

Great stay great location

Very clean & comfortable. Balcony overlooked the lake and it was very peaceful. Great walking/running path. Pool was amazing! We felt very safe. Hamburger restaurant/bar right outside the gate was very good. Publix and a liquor store were within walking distance.

Yes, and yes. Two friends, two bedrooms, one dog. It was perfect.Beds and pillows are comfortable, shower is excellent, couch is super-comfy. Bedrooms are far enough apart that my friend couldn't hear my snoring. Easy walking distance to restaurants, grocery, wine shop. And of course the overall facility and grounds are beautiful.I didn't realize we didn't need to check in at the Vista Cay main desk. Our host provided codes for the gate and door via email prior to arrival. We decided to extend our stay an extra day. One message through VRBO to our host and the matter was done. Excellent communication!

It was the perfect place to stay with 2 little kids. They enjoyed typing in the code to get in the room and we had everything we needed, even an umbrella stroller which was perfect when my 3 year old hurt his foot at the water park. We enjoyed the balcony and the walking paths around the lake. The pool was great too! The zero entry was perfect for my 3 year old and the water was nice and warm. The only thing I would have liked is to have a place a little closer to Universal Studios but we would definitely stay there again. Unfortunately we may have to bring our elderly dog next time so may have to find a different dog friendly place but we loved it!

Great location, easy access to Orange Co. convention center and all the parks! Secure location with beautiful balcony overlooking the water! Well stocked kitchen, large bathrooms, and great amenities. Would definitely stay again if coming to the Orlando area!!

We had a great stay for 3 and a half weeks! The property was exactly as the pictures show and had a nice view of the lake. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our long visit in Orlando. We had an issue with the washing machine and management addressed this issue immediately with a replacement washing machine! The location is super convenient to the parks and shopping. We enjoyed the pool and walks around the lake. Additionally, if you're a golfer there is a nice public access resort across the main street. We would definitely stay again!

Check in was seamless. The place was beautiful and clean. Perfect location! My only feedback is that there was not enough towels. One wash cloth per bathroom and 2 towels are not enough for a week stay. I did use the washer and drier, however they both were not working right. It took 3 cycles to dry 4 towels. Also, one dishwasher tab and kitchen garbage bag is very frugal. I have stayed in at least a dozen AbNb and have always had a kitchen and bathroom stocked with extras. I wouldn't recommend this place if you plan to cook in the kitchen and shower more than once in the bathroom. Theres too much that you need to buy to make cooking meal possible. I had to buy wash cloths and towels, garbage bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent pods. All the other places that I have stayed at have always had basic cooking oils/sprays, seasonings, more than one kitchen towels, extra rolls of toilet paper, I had to buy extra of everything that is a basic essential. The frugality of this place made things harder than it needed to be.

Ana’s place was perfect! A home away from home. It was clean, peaceful and stocked with all the kitchen items needed to cook meals at home. The pools were beautiful and were the perfect place to retreat after a long day at the conference center. We look forward to booking again next summer!

Property was nice. My only complaint would be we didn’t have enough pillowcases but contacted Ana and the issue was resolved. Fantastic pool area and very easy to get to the convention center. Would stay here again.

The condo was clean and had a beautiful view. There was noises we could hear in an above location in the evenings. It could have been due to work being done or running up and down steps but but it was bearable. Host responded to concerns promptly.

We absolutely loved this property and will for sure stay again if we’re ever in town for another cheer competition. The host was very responsive to all questions and the VRBO itself was very clean. We loved having a grocery store and several food options within walking distance.

This property exceeded our expectations. The actual condo was better than advertised and the view of the pond was a great. The pool in the complex was really nice and the pool bar was convenient. Would definitely recommend this property for anyone staying in this area. For us personally, it was a very convenient stay while working at the convention center.

Very nice stay in a great location close to the Convention Center. Publix a short walk and a solid diner too. The back porch at night was my favorite spot, quiet with a great view.

We always enjoy our stay at vista cay. They have a fabulous pool area, walking paths, and its close to many restaurants, publix, sea world, and universal. The room was clean, comfortable, and accommodating.

The apartment is neat and tidy and the location is great too.

We TOTALLY enjoyed this apartment! The balcony view allowed us to enjoy the colors of the morning sunrise and evening sunsets on the water. The animal life included a heron that was on the hunt daily and sometimes we spotted a local racoon. The location couldn't have been more perfect for our long stay. We had easy access to the freeway to get to Disney World Parks easily. It was also easy to get to Kennedy Space Center without delay. Another benefit of the location was a grocery store and restaurants just walking distance from us. Above all, Ana, our premier host, was MOST responsive to any of our inquiries. Thank you, Ana, for making our visit so wonderful!

Absolutely loved staying here. Its very clean, comfortable, fully equipped property. Very easy to get to places as we were very central to all the places we wanted to visit. The shop was only a five minute walk away for all we needed. The pool was great on the complex too. Loved staying here, and we'd love to come back when we can. Thank you for renting us your property, we had a fantastic holiday.

We chose this property through the VRBO app due to its proximity to Universal Studios, good ratings a generally lower price than other places. The property was used mostly as a crash pad after each day we spent in the park. All went well and we had an enjoyable time. The only extra stuff we had to consider was purchasing more toilet paper, tide pods, and paper towels. We have a family of 7 and we ran out of those items rather quickly.

We stayed at Ana's place for 3 nights for a work event at the Convention Center. I can't rave enough about the place, it was exactly as listed and was the best location! You must try NYPD pizza next door, bring it over and enjoy it from the balcony viewing the lake. Thank you so much Ana, we will be back!!
