Weather was really nice and property was very much looked after and staff was very friendly and helpful

Beautiful and very clean unit. Bonnet Creek is our favorite place to stay when going to Orlando parks and this stay did not disappoint. Property is beautifully maintained, the staff are incredibly accommodating, and it feels like vacation should!

Very nice place to take a family, but not so much for people without children. The resort was very well maintained and had good customer service. Would be more friendly to childless guests if those with children actually kept control of their kids.

Clean, nice to swim after a hot day at one of the Disney locations, comfortable and well maintained. Only problem was the family staying below us decided to talk loudly on their outside patio after 11pm and continued to do so even after we called the front desk and even asking them to please quiet down ourselves. But loud people do what they do regardless of others. Overall a nice place to stay, I would stay again.

I cannot rate this property high enough, absolutely everything was incredible. We loved our extended stay, the pools and lazy rivers were amazing ane the two young girls running the evening entertainment were brilliant!

Large 2 bed/2 bath with kitchen and living room within the Disney resort area. Very easy to check in and great property. Host was very helpful prior to check in.

Room was great, having to now pay for parking at Bonnet Creek was an unbudgeted surprise.

Our room was VERY CLEAN and full amenities in the Kitchen. The main room has a great jet tub and the unit comes with a washer and dryer. Highly recommended

Our stay was remarkable. Communication was easy and check-in and check-out was easy. Walking distance to beach and pool which was wonderful. A lovely house and I would highly recommend!

The property is well laid out and pools/restaurants are easy to get to. It is also conveniently located near the Disney parks, Disney Springs, and Universal Studios. Our rooms were well appointed and we enjoyed our stay.

We love Bonnet Creek - this was our third visit! The location and overall experience keep bringing us back. The rooms could use some updating, but that’s a property-wide situation and not the owner’s fault. We still had a great stay and would definitely return.

We had a great stay! The condo was stocked so well with coffee, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. It was clean and spacious. Definitely recommend and would stay again if coming to do Disney/universal.

We loved the space and it was perfect for our girls getaway.

Booked through VRBO March 7-18. On departure day, VRBO text stated host could not accomodate us on 15-18. No help from VRBO or Club Wyndham to provide condo on those dates, despite my efforts on 7-15. Never again VRBO!!!! Club Wyndham great, but how can front desk not know, if any condo open on those last 3 nights? Disney had rooms!!!!

Very nice alternative to staying on small, expensive Disney properties. It is unfortunate that they stopped offering a shuttle to the parks. They need to bring back this service. Overall - units are large and spacious. Good food options and close to the parks. We unplug the house phone upon check in to avoid the time share pitch.

Our host was wonderful and the room was perfect. Clean, up to date and quiet.

The amenities and efficiency were great. Unfortunately we were placed in a tower without a pool as it was being refurbished. That was disappointing but over a great place to stay east access to all Disney Parks!

Great property, four adults stayed at the two bedroom apartment close to all amenities including pool, lazy river, mini golf and two restaurants. Very clean and safe. Would stay again.

Both Candy (owner) and Christian were extremely communicative with us - which we appreciated. We have stayed at Bonnet Creek more than five times and this was one of our best visits. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable and met our needs perfectly. We were commenting how even the plates and servingware seemed all new. Thanks for hosting us for a fabulous stay!

The large spacious condo, convenient resort restaurants, pools, hot tubs, and lazy river, and the excellent location close to it all make this a perfect place to stay for a Disney vacation!

We have stayed at this resort many times throughout the years. It is absolutely beautiful and SO convenient to get to Disney.

We loved the proximity to all of the parks. The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and exactly was described.

We’ve stayed a couple of times here and we’ve always been happy. But this time the apartment was really quite dirty, I had to clean a lot of it when we checked in. The floors were especially dirty with black footprints. The grout is so dirty on the floors. Around all the door handles were dirty, the doorframes, and even some of the walls had dark brown coloured dripping from dirt. The toilets were not clean. The kitchen and beds were absolutely fine. The pools were thick with oil and had lots of sediment in them from high use which I understand - but the filters should be up to the job. There were no sunloungers or chairs most of the day and there was only about 20% shade in the resort.

The resort is full of activities, pools, etc. The grounds are perfectly manicured, rooms and towers are clean and smell amazing. Our favorite place to stay when we are in Orlando.

Fantastic location, great amenities. We would definitely book again. Very clean room, great service throughout the resort. The check-in process was really smooth. Beautifully landscaped. Food options on site are good quality, size, and prices. Why only 4 stars? The hallways were frequently dirty. We arrived to Doritos just outside our door and left with the same Doritos outside the door. The guest shower has a pressure issue with the pipes. The water was either too cold or scorching hot, if you tried anything in the middle the pipes shook and the walls sounded like a train coming. There was not any shampoo in the primary, the front desk promised a refill in 15 minutes, they never showed up. Finally our tower parking lot was being repaved. That meant a lot of extra walking, dragging luggage through blacktop and wet tar and some angry Uber drivers. Guests frequently had their rides cancelled by drivers. Even with the tiny issues above, this is a great family place to stay. Very safe!!!

Christian’s communication was quick and helpful. Had to accept a smaller room due to the owner not responding. A bit frustrated about that since it was only 2 days before we left. We did get some money back and accepted a 1 bedroom instead of 2.

One of the nicest places we ever stayed. View was breathtaking. Staff was courteous and friendly. Didn't want to leave.

We recently stayed at the Wydham Bonnet Creek in a 2-BR unit which had recently been renovated. It had all the amenities needed for a family of 4, and the property itself had so much to offer that my children were content to bypass some of the parks to stay by the pool. Centrally located within minutes to all the Disney parks, you couldn't ask for more!

The rooms were amazing, we had a fantastic time, we checked in right on time, could not have asked for a better vacation!

We loved our stay here! It was our first time staying at a non-Disney hotel and we will absolutely come back again. Our kids loved the splash pad areas and the lazy river, we had a great time on pool days. The communal grilling areas were clean and always available. Our only gripes were there's no place to get snacks, like if you want some chips or candy, most of the buildings don't actually have vending machines and the bagel/coffee place doesn't have anything like that. The other is the time share scheduling/presentation was pretty agressive, more than I experienced at other places. Next time, they can have my 40 while I lounge at the pool instead!

Perfect space with lots of room for family of 4. Easy uber rides to parks and loved the pools and restaurants at the property.

We spent a week here with 3 kids (12 and 9 year old twins). It was our first trip to Disney/Universal. The laundry and full-size fridge really came in handy as well as the extra space. Everyone got great sleep since we weren’t crammed into one room. Super easy to Uber/Lyft to the parks. The pools and hot tubs were great and on our rest day we got to mini-golf and the kids liked the arcade. I would highly recommend this property.

Great resort - so much for the kids to do to keep them busy. And the room was very clean, mattresses super comfortable - couldn’t have asked for more.

Property was great with small kids. Several pools, walking path and playground were great. The kids loved looking for the koy fish and turtles in the lake. We had a great time!

I booked this reservation quite late and everything went perfectly. The text communication was perfect.

We understood we may not get a condo we booked but didnot expect one looking over a parking lot. There was no word that you have to move to another condo after so many days. The picture on the review showed looking over the pools. After talking to a nice manager they arranged that, not our host. We were told to give the owners name to get out of pressure of time shares, we dont lie .We lost a day by moving and a day refund would be appreciated. The resort is beautiful and would love to go back but would have to think about how to book it.

Our stay surpassed all expectations! The pictures do not do this resort justice; everything was clean, updated and spacious. The staff was very friendly and even sent a birthday card to our room for our daughter! There are plenty of things for the family to do on site; our little one really enjoyed the playground, the ice cream shop and gigantic koi fish along the walking trail. The location could not be better if you’re going to Disney as the property is closer to the parks than most of the Disney hotels. We will definitely be back!

Comfortable, useful amenities, practical, large condos. Slightly disappointed that the shuttles to the parks stopped running so we incurred extra charges for parking. The floors were dirty but the kitchen was clean and the beds were great.We will stay again!

Amazing!!!! The location was perfect. As oddly as it sounds the beds and pillows were so comfortable compared to other places we have stayed in the past. The amenities were super convenient!

The sheets on the king bed were dirty, actually had bad stains. I will not even say how bad it looked. This was unacceptable. My wife and I were appalled. Had to have house keeping come immediately. House keeping needs a quality assurance check.

This is a very nice property, lots to do, food available on property. Being so close to Disney makes enjoying a trip there so easy. Staff nice and friendly would definitely stay here again.

We spent most of our time at the Disney parks, the location was incredible. Just minutes away. We used few amenities as our time was short. We enjoyed some of the pools which were great. The rooms were well stocked, having a full kitchen was awesome for our family. Staff were friendly. We really enjoyed it.

My wife and I stayed here with our son and his wife. The property is very nice with plenty of activities in the central area. The apartment itself was excellent with 2 large bedrooms. Access to WDW is excellent. Definitely a good value and great place to stqy.

The wife and I spent a few days at Bonnet Creek for Christmas and Hanukkah. We have stayed here multiple times, but this was our first time in this specific unit. While there were minor things that the owners need to tweak (minor issue with the dishwasher), they responded right away. Overall, the unit is lovely / perfect. We definitely recommend the unit with these property managers.

We loved our stay. Easy to check in and the grounds looks great. We ate at the restaurant - my husband loved the smothered burrito and my kids wanted to go to the ice cream place every day. We booked here to go to Disney and love how close it was. The beds were comfy and the water pressure was solid. They were doing some parking lot repairs while we were that and that was annoying but never caused an issue finding a parking spot.

We could not have picked a better place to stay. Plenty of room and privacy and the location was perfect. Would definitely be staying here again on our next Disney vacation.

We always have a great stay. The staff is great. Always helpful when needed. The place is well kept and there are plenty of activities for all ages.

The place is great!! I would recommend having a car if you fly to pick up some food/drinks. The restaurants were really good and pizza was the best!! Highly recommend!

It was a great place to stay would definitely be returning! We had a family reunion and we all stayed at bonnet creek it was awesome!

This is a very clean well maintained property but it is getting a bit tired and showing signs of age. It did appear as though there was some updating of some of the towers and a few of the outdoor areas. We were a bit disappointed that there were no “adult only” pool areas. It would have been nice if there was a adult only pool area with a bar/restaurant with no kids around.

Second time at this resort and liked this location the best. Very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Great Mexican restaurant on property.

Hotel is great. We were visiting Disney and this is our favorite hotel. Can’t beat the prices, and suite style is the best with family. Only 4 stars on listing because we originally booked a 2 bedroom suite, but it ended up not being available and we were downsized to a 1 bedroom. Host refunded us 30% which was fair. Was overall great experience and will definitely be back.
