Helpful Resort Information

• A $100 credit card authorization hold is required at check-in to cover incidental resort purchases.

• Standard self-parking and valet parking are available for $42 per vehicle, per night for cash-paying guests and non-members.

• Eligible Disney Vacation Club Members receive complimentary self-parking for up to two vehicles during qualifying Points reservation stays.

• Reservations are subject to availability.

• Resort Alert: Refurbishment work is scheduled through late September 2026. Guests may experience daytime construction activity, and select areas may be temporarily closed.

• Disney's Lake Buena Vista Golf Course is temporarily closed for renovations through October 2026. Guests may instead enjoy Disney's Magnolia Golf Course and Disney's Palm Golf Course during this time.

House Rules / Policies

• Primary guest must be 18 years of age or older.

• Valid government-issued photo ID and matching credit card are required at check-in.

• No pets permitted. Service animals are welcome.

• Smoking is prohibited in guest rooms and on balconies or patios. A $250–$500 room recovery fee will be charged for violations.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM

• Check-out: 11:00 AM

IMPORTANT NOTICE

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 18 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 authorization hold from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charged upon check.
