This tropical 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home features soothing coastal decor and all the comforts of home. The living room has a coastal contemporary feel and has a queen sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen television. The open kitchen is fully equipped and showcases granite countertops and full size appliances. The primary bedroom has a King size bed and a flat-screen television. The bathroom has an extended single sink vanity and a tub and shower combination. The first guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms feature flat-screen televisions. The full guest bathroom has a tub and shower combination. A full sized washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the house. Enjoy a peaceful afternoon sitting on the back patio around an outdoor table with four chairs.

Looking for entertainment and shopping This villa is located just a mile from The Wharf complex with multiple restaurants a movie theater a 5-story high Ferris wheel upscale shopping marina and amphitheater. Interested in sports Casa Bella is just a quick half mile to the Orange Beach Sports Complex and not far from the Gulf Shores Sports Complex and Foley Sports complex. This property is pet friendly for one (1) dog only with a size restriction up to 50 lbs. If applicable the pet fee is $150.00 in addition to the reserved price of the property.

This non-smoking pet-friendly villa rents monthly from November to March 1 and has 2 assigned parking spaces. Minimum age to rent is 25.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
