Stayed Jan 8, 2026The Loft has one of the best locations in Phillipsburg. The building is unique and has a lot of history located above the Opera House. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we need. Living space is cozy and relaxing. It offers lots of board style games and a large TV. I rated it a 5 because the Loft met all of our needs. There are a few repairs to the ceiling and bathroom that should be done but they did not impact our overall stay. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try.

Stayed Aug 11, 2025This was a fabulous home to stay in for our Phillipsburg trip! It was so comfortable in every way from the plush towels and comfortable beds to the central location. We will try to rent this unit every year from now on for our Phillipsburg vacations!

Stayed Jul 30, 2025Very charming and spacious loft! Everything worked fine and the kids enjoyed the pooltable very much. Phillipsburg is small, but has some nice restaurants and shops.

Stayed Feb 1, 2024Enjoyed our stay while participating in the annual curling bonspiel! Neat historical feel with lots of room for a group. Only one drawback with a group was that it only one bathroom with a slow refilling toilet. But the location and views helped to make up for it!

Stayed Dec 9, 2024So awesome to stay here! This is iconic and a piece of history. Some things could be updated like heat in bedrooms. And some missing cooking items in kitchen. I loved it! Would definitely recommend it.

Stayed Jun 15, 2024The condo was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy time visiting and relaxing. We had the AC on one day and the heat the next as it snowed, and we stayed comfortable. We enjoyed the little historic town and just had a really great time.
