Stayed Dec 31, 1969The condo and grounds are in great condition. Everything is always clean. We go just women and have always felt safe with security on site. Beach service personnel are very friendly and booking a set of chairs and umbrellas are done online. I would recommend Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals. They are very nice and easy to work with.

Stayed Apr 1, 2024Great beach condo! This condo was very spacious, laid out well, and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with anything you could need, including spices and things like Saran Wrap. For the most part it was very clean, but we did find a toddler toy and a couple goldfish crackers under the coffee table so the cleaners need to make sure they're checking areas like that. Otherwise we had no issues with cleanliness. We were able to walk to a couple restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream and the bike rental place. Quieter part of an otherwise busy beach area during spring break. Having the chair/umbrella set up included was a great perk! Would definitely rent here again if in the area.

Stayed Sep 23, 2023The condo was very clean and spacious. Communication was great! Enjoyed riding our bikes to many locations within 2-3 miles east or west. The only thing that was a little disappointing was not having much room on the beach to set up our own chairs because all of the space in front by the water was taken up by the rental chairs with umbrellas (which we did not want to use). Overall, it was a beautiful condo and would definitely stay here again.
