OPEN AND SPACIOUS - CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!

The home was exactly as described in the listing. The check-in process was easy. The home was clean and fresh smelling. Everything that we needed was there, including a coffee maker with filters and even a keurig style, if that's your preference. Having a washer and dryer is nice for a longer stay. The area was quiet and we enjoyed spending time on the balcony reading, doing puzzles, and having coffee. We met some residents at the pool area and all were pleasant. We really appreciated having a garage to keep our car cool. There are a couple grocery stores conveniently located nearby. We walked to Fountain Park and the scenic overlook, the Wednesday Farmer's Market, a Dark Sky event, along with lots of shops and places to eat. The checkout process was clear and simple. We were so happy with our stay and hope to return in the future.

Very nice, well equipped condo in a quiet area

It is a lovely home, and provided everything we needed for our week long time in Fountain Hills.

Great place and neighborhood! Just the right size for four adults

The condo was very clean. The living room was comfortable with very high ceilings and sky lights (which were also in both bathrooms). The TV had great cable. Big balcony. The master bedroom was close to a busier road, but very little traffic at night. Kitchen was average; BBQ on the deck was handy. Great location.

The place overall was very good. The chairs at the pool were terrible. You could not even sit on them without falling through them. The garbage disposal was the only drawback, but they fixed it right away. Otherwise everything was pretty good.

Second time staying here and love the location and the house!

Condo was as pictured. It was very clean. Plenty of space to gather in the central living space. Kitchen had all the accoutrements. We never cooked a dinner but we did snacks and breakfast. Had everything we needed. The balcony was lovely to have coffee on each morning. The pool and hottub were fantastic. There were plenty of towels in each bathroom. The place is super convenient to stores. We had a car but did a few walks down to the fountain. The place is very quiet and relaxing. Owners had good information available in condo. We loved it and would stay again.

Our stay in Fountain Hills was just what we needed and this property helped to make it so. The location allowed us to walk and hike easily each day. The condo was a great retreat that allowed us to relax. I highly recommend staying here!
