This is our third extended stay at this property. Loved that the living room furniture, as well as counter stools, some area carpets, etc as well as a bedroom loveseat have been updated. Communication continues to be very good and any requests/inquiries have been responded to promptly. The location is awesome. Excellent beach! Easy 10-15 min commute to historic downtown, great restaurant and live music options, Love having the use of this property as our “snowbird” location for a couple of months.

The hosts are amazing. They are accessible and their communication was awesome. They care and they make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The condo’s layout is perfect and the place is beautiful. The hosts made sure you were equipped with everything you need.

When there was a maintenance issue, it was addressed very quickly and communication was great

It was a nice place. Suited our needs for a short stay. It could use a refresh: paint and replacing the cloth furniture/barstools so that it’s easier to maintain for future guest's. There were many stains on living room furniture/barstools/carpets. Other than everything else was clean.

Condo was very nice. Needed some TLC but keep in mind it is a rental and others don’t treat it as their own. Needed plastic plates for children so they didn’t break theirs. Living room needs more seating. Would definitely stay again as it is spacious . Basically had pool to ourselves.

We had a great stay at Montego Bay! Definitely a place for family to stay. Condo is fully stocked for beach and things to do in the condo.

The host gave me all the information before I arrived and I had no issues accessing the house or the amenities. It was about a 4th mile walk to the beach. But there was a nice trail. Even saw a few tortoises. There were multiple well taken care of pools to enjoy. The home was pretty clean with just a few stains on the carpets. Would rent again.

The condo was spacious and clean. The location was excellent and the condo was well stocked. We have stayed at quite a few condos in the area and this one was the best!

Our family of six (4 adults and 2 kids) had an amazing stay at Montego Bay! The home was beautifully decorated, clean, and incredibly spacious—perfect for both relaxing and spending quality time together. The open-concept layout made it easy for us to gather for meals and games, and everyone had plenty of room to spread out when they needed a little downtime. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the equipment we needed to make cooking a breeze, and the beds were super comfortable. We loved how peaceful the neighborhood was, and access to the pool, tennis court, and beach made it a perfect location for our vacation. A supermarket, Starbucks, multiple restaurants and stores, are all nearby. And it was just a short drive to the historic downtown area where we found great restaurants, shops, and entertainment. This home truly had everything we needed and more. We made some wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-located place to stay in St. Augustine!

The condo was extremely clean and well-maintained. The space was perfect for our group of 3 adults and 2 kids (ages 12 and 15) The kitchen had everything we could need for meals. The beach chairs, toys and wagon were helpful for the days we went down to the beach.

We love this condo! We appreciate the quiet of the resort, the upscale amenities inside and out, the beautiful pool right out the french doors, and the view from the second-story balcony.

We really enjoyed our stay at Montego Bay! There were a few hiccups along the way yet management was very quick to respond and resolve! The amenities were great and the kitchen has everything a family could need for cooking dinner in! It was a quick and easy walk to the beach! We will be back

We chose this to have one last family trip before our son leaves for boot camp. We loved being able to take a short walk from the condo to the beach. So glad we stayed. The condo is beautifully decorated and the beds are comfortable- super important! Excellent location and the management company was very responsive to minor issues. So glad this was an affordable post Christmas option for our family of 5.

I think this is more of a 4 star property. The communication, booking process and service was great, the amenities were great, it had everything you would want and more for a beach stay. We loved the beach area and the pool. There were a few cosmetic fixes, mold in the bathrooms, rugs were more than gently used and the property is more lived in than the pictures indicate. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

This was our first time vacay-ing in St. Augustine and we enjoyed our stay at Montego Bay. It’s spacious, has lot to offer, and is exactly what you see in the pics. The owners are great and very responsive.

This is the second year I have chosen to stay at this condo. The location is absolutely perfect! The pool is right out the back door and it’s clean, calm, and family friendly. The walk to the beach is quick and easy to access (even w the bikes we rented!). The condo meets all of the requirements for my family!

Our accommodations at Montego Bay were beyond our expectations! The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, the home has such a comfortable, relaxing vibe and it was close to beach and a pool. And the laundry in the garage was a major plus as well. We definitely hope to come back!

House is updated and in a great spot. The walking path is very close to the beach and can see a bit of the water from front balcony.
