We really enjoyed staying at this property. Host was very responsive prior to our arrival. Condo was very clean and located in the heart of downtown. Highly recommend and will be back!

The host is great, she kept us updated regularly prior to our stay. Location is fantastic and a short walking distance from everywhere in town. I do wish they allowed use of the washer and dryer. Going home with clean clothes always makes unpacking that much easier.

This property is in the PERFECT spot…. Literally walking with ease in the heart of Saugatuck! We also had a parking spot which was a great bonus. What a cute place with plenty of space and a great kitchen!

The place was great!!! We loved the location, as it was in the heart of town and we could easily walk to the shops and restaurants. The condo was very clean and comfortable, and Jennifer was helpful with local information. We would definitely stay there again if traveling to Saugatuck!

Pros: the home was clean and located very close to town - we could walk to just about anything!Cons: the layout isn't ideal. The bedroom is on the second floor, with a small half bathroom. The full bathroom is on the first floor. Both my husband and I felt like we were running up and down stairs between the two bathrooms our whole stay.The location of this place is both a pro and a con. You can walk to pretty much anywhere downtown, so that was great! The con is that it is right above a cigar shop. The home itself doesn't smell from the cigars, but it def hits you in the face as soon as you open the doors to go outside.It is also right next to a restaurant that had a dance club on Saturday night. The house music was SO LOUD until about 11:15p. We had a long day and tried to go to bed early, and that was impossible over the music. The building smoke detector also went off twice around 10p (not this particular unit's fault) but overall, the noise of Saturday night really put a damper to close out our stay. The music was so loud I went back and read the previous reviews, wondering how I missed that when booking, and was honestly shocked no one has ever mentioned it!

This space was perfect for the two of us. We spent 4 nights there for a family wedding. We first missed the Alley for parking so we circled the block. The spot is before stogies. There is an elevator if you need it for luggage but the steps are easily navigated with luggage.Entering the condo is very

Quick trip to Saugatuck and the rental and location were perfect for a couple. All amenities provided, loved having two bathrooms and space was clean and comfortable.Owner was very responsive and the location was perfect and walkable to various restaurants and stores.

We loved our stay and were very impressed with the condo, its decor and small touches that make a difference. the King size bed was also a huge plus. The location was perfect putting of all of our favorite things to do in Saugatuck within walking distance. Our host was also great and made sure we all the information for our stay and was easy to reach if needed. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our return stay to Saugatuck because we were in a great location for walking ease to the town. We used the rooftop deck to come back for lunch or a snack, and people/traffic watch. We stay at AB&B's when we travel and this one we would return to.

The condo was exactly as described and immaculately clean. We are in our upper seventies so were not keen on going up and down steps to the bedroom and upstairs patio. We did use the elevator to get to the second story door. However, it was worth it because this condo was so close to the main street where there were several excellent restaurants plus the Star of Saugatuck paddleboat which had a wonderful sunset cruise. It is also only a 5-10 minute drive to the sand dune buggy rides.

Downtown Saugatuck is right outside the front door. Dining, shopping, live music, people watching all within steps. My wife and I needed a weekend away and this fit the bill perfectly. The condo was very clean and comfortable with parking included. Highly recommend booking this place if you are lucky enough to find it available.

I really enjoyed my stay at Jennifer's place. It's got all the amenities for things from cooking to coffee, from refrigeration to relaxation. And it's a very short walk to the downtown stores in Saugatuck. Or bike, as Jennifer has bikes available for you too. Comfortable for a single or couple. A plus is an elevator to the second floor.

This property is an excellent choice in the heart of Saugatuck. Easy walk to dozens of shops, galleries, tasting rooms and restaurants, easy drive to beach and other area attractions, convenient parking spot. Lovely interior and Jennifer was an excellent host. Highly recommend!

This was our second time staying at this condo. Great location, very clean, and wonderful view of the river. Loved sitting on the porch in the morning.

Easy access to all of Saul’s fun spaces. This condo had every amenity needed for a few days of fun. Easy to deal w owner.
