Stayed Jun 6, 2025We really liked the property - comfortable, clean and well appointed. Close to Grandma and Grandpa and the beach. Nice pool. We would stay again and would probably try to book every time we come down. Just want to make you aware of one thing - the tub drain was full of hair. We were not able to use that shower after the first day because the tub was unable to drain sufficiently. Also, the water pressure in both showers was not great.Otherwise we loved it! Thank you!!

Stayed Jul 7, 2024This is the second time my boyfriend and I have stayed at here. The first time we stayed in single bedroom unit in 2021. This time we were needing two bedrooms since his two sisters joined us. There is one designated parking spot for each unit. However, they are long spots so we were able to park a 6 seater golf cart behind our vehicle. They include everything you might need for your stay. They provided beach chairs, a cooler, two wagons and two beach umbrellas. One of the umbrellas were broken so we were not able to use it. I let them know on our last day. They were willing to replace it. We loved the pool. It was a little warm. I would suggest a cover of some sort to help keep it a little cooler. There is also a gas grill in the pool area. Everything is super clean and well organized. The location is my favorite part! It is right across the road from the beach and a few minutes walk to Bridge Street. This is the area where most of the night life is on Anna Maria Island. We had a wonderful stay and will be back again in the future.

Stayed May 27, 2024Loved this rental and its proximity to everything we wanted to do during our stay! Our older teens were able to walk to the beach and pier area alone within a few minutes and we felt very comfortable with the safety of the area. Plenty of amazing restaurants and bars close by. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and was very clean and comfortable. The pool was also nice for the days we didn’t want to go to the beach. Overall, the check-in and out process was very seamless and we received great communication about our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Nov 6, 2023Unit had everything we needed. Loved the little touches of having initial supplies of toilet paper, laundry soap, shampoos. Very nice items for the beach were available for use. Location was great to the beach and to the village. We will return.
