One Ocean Place 1207 - Fabulous 3-bedroom, 3-bath oceanfront condo

The condo was as nice and clean as shown online. The views from the windows and balcony were amazing. You could hear the waves in the night from the master bedroom. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent location and condo was clean and comfortable. Kitchen well-stocked with cooking pans and utensils, but no extra supplies like spices/oil/trash bags/etc available like often find in a VRBO rental. Would book again.

Incredible condo -everything seemed brand new -TV in every room -3 full baths rooms -comfortable sofa and view was just breathtaking. We enjoyed close by restaurants -shopping and of course sitting on the beach enjoying a cocktail and snacks. We were so comfortable here like home. Everything you need in the kitchen as well . Highly recommend -be great for 3 couples or family kids. We will come again.

The condo was amazing! Beds were comfortable! Loved all the recliners in the living space! Kitchen was pretty well stocked with necessary items (could have used another baking sheet but we worked it out). Our only disappointment was that our rental fee didn’t include the chair and umbrella rental that previous rentals have. Thanks for a great week!

Reviewer Comments: Overall the property was very nice just as expected however when we were there the penthouse above us was being renovated and this was being done at all hours of the day and night so some nights all you could hear was banging and moving of equipment above us interrupting our sleep. When we contacted our rental company we were told that they would find out what was going on and give us a call back once they did. I guess they never found anything out because I’m still waiting for the return phone call. But like I said the condo itself was beautiful, would definitely stay there again if we ever decide to use Garden City Realty again but that is still up in the air due to the lack of communication.

Close to restaurants featuring fresh caught seafood as well as day trips to Georgetown and Charleston. The Condo is up to date in every room, especially the bathrooms and kitchen !!!

Loved the views and the condo was very spacious three bedrooms and three bathrooms We will rent the same unit again Very close to Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington State Park which we loved.

Just as with our spring visit we were just as pleased with our fall trip. We love the location of the property, the covered parking decks and amenities available at One Ocean Place. We have not been back to Surfside in about 4 years, it was great to be back. The Ocean was perfect and there are so many great places to eat right near by. One Oceans Place is ideally located between the 2 piers for the maximum entertainment
