The unit was well stocked and clean, the view was amazing! The only downfall was that one ocean place installed a new system for the gates to enter the condo parking area which worked when it wanted to. The system for the gates to get to the pool and ocean just aggravating. I understand the reason why they were installed but there has to be an easier way to enter and exit these areas.

The condo was exceptionally clean and beautiful. It is kept up to date and everything works well. It is obvious the owners take pride in this condo. Lots of time was spent sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean and birds, and looking for dolphins passing through in the mornings. Many wonderful family memories have been made through the years at 1102 One Ocean Place.
