Stayed Jun 15, 2026Five stars all around! We took our toddler on his first beach trip and it was wonderful. We were a little nervous about traveling with a toddler but we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! The host is very communicative and provides a lot to make your packing lighter. We were very thankful for the provided pack-n-play/ travel crib. We don’t need a high chair but they did have one available. We didn’t have any issues, but it’s worth noting that there are people above you and next to you. It was still a very quiet and calm complex. You’re only a 1-2 minute walk from the pool and small playground (even while lugging a toddler). You’re a short drive from everything (parks, public beach, shopping, eating, coffee, water park, entertainment). We usually stay in Duck but found we prefer this location because it’s so close to EVERYTHING and the traffic is lighter. If we do another beach trip next year, we will definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jun 27, 2025Very clean and so quiet! The pool is within walking distance from the condo and the complex itself is within the heart of Kitty Hawk and is close to everything! Great amenities are included with this condo!
