One-Bedroom Condo with A/C and Fantastic Ocean Views

Great place to stay!!

Very cool place i have stayed in 6 different places there. The screen door will come off as soon as you touch it. Otherwise it's fine have fun

This condo is on the 2nd of three floors (stairs only, no elevator), but we were happy not to hear any noise above us. We rarely used the air conditioning, but relied mostly on a lovely cross breeze through the jalousie windows located at the front and back. Unfortunately, the wild roosters crow at all times of the day and night, so ear plugs are a great idea. The place was charming but some of the luxuries we expect in the states were not provided; i.e. dishwasher, disposal. The lanai was tiny but it offered a beautiful ocean setting. The bed is huge and comfortable, the bathroom (especially the shower) was very nice and the kitchen furnishings were everything we needed. We were disappointed that the recycling was mixed in with the garbage because there are no clearly marked bins. The pool is lovely and surrounded by lots of beautiful greenery. Other than these few minor things, the condo is situated in a perfect part of the island and beaches for any activity are within minutes, even if walking. Kauai is paradise and we very much thank our VRBO hosts. It was wonderful! Mahalo!

We have stayed at this complex multiple times, our first time to this specific unit. We love the convenience for the places we enjoy which is why we keep coming back. This condo was fully equipped for everything we needed. Super clean. No perfume plug in’s (always a win for someone with allergies). The lanai is narrow but useable. Communication was easy and timely. Highlights? The bed - 20 ’s minimumThe shower - 20 ’s minimumIt’s difficult to find a high quality mattress in rentals but THIS mattress was amazing. We will be back! Many mahalos for providing a high quality, super clean condo.

We didn't interact with the host except through VRBO site for acceptance.In all fairness, we came down from a large house in Princeville where we shared the space with 10 people. Everything was beautifully appointed. So it was a shock to come to a very small space with a tiny lanai (but a beautiful view of the ocean, no dishwasher, etc.

The location was wonderful! The condo was comfortable and clean. Beautifully renovated and decorated. We had a great time in this condo!

I would highly recommend this place! Fantastic location, host, and very comfy bed! The unit was very clean and you can see and hear the ocean, just across the road. We didn't cook there, but the kitchen was stocked well and there is a BBQ available. The pool was nice and had areas of shade, which was appreciated. There is a great breakfast place a few minutes drive-Anuenue Cafe-amazing french toast with lemon curd! Stay here, you won't be sorry!

The condo is very comfortable. Love having our morning on deck with view of ocean. Very convenient to all activities on the island.

Location location location. I love this complex and stay here a few times a year. This condo was perfect for me as a solo traveler and would be perfect for couples, best friends or siblings.

This location is great for watching the surf, playing on beaches, walking to local restaurants and shops and quietness. We enjoyed it

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was across the street from Lawai Beach and close to shops and restaurants. The unit itself was well stocked with necessities for cooking, as well as beach supplies. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very spacious and clean. Loved the bed and the shower was awesome. The view is great but the balcony is very small. Our first trip to Kauai and it is beautiful We loved the entire pool area and pool. The Mitchell’s

Colleen & Mike’s condo is in the perfect South side location in Kauai. The cool breeze when the slider and windows were open was always very pleasant and just what we needed. We never turned on the AC. At sunset we’d either walk over by the Beach House (a 1 minute walk) to see all the parrots fly in for the evening or take a 6 minute drive to Poipu Beach to see the turtles resting on the beach. Besides a great location, the condo has a very comfortable king size bed, a large walk in shower, and a full kitchen, less a dishwasher. Also came with beach chairs, ice chests, and towels. We would rent again when staying on the South side!

As lovely as the photos. Has everything vacationers could possibly need. Very comfortable bed! I didn't believe that people didn't need the A/C but it's true. We used it once when i didn't feel well and we were there 2 weeks. The decor, the Hawaiin touches all upscale. Appreciated the large shower too. Do yourself a favor and stay at Colleen and Mike's place !)

The property was very nice and clean. The bedroom was a little tight going from the kitchen/dining area past the bed to the living room - but you are in Hawaii and dont spend much time in the condo. Ala in all great stay!

Great cute communication with the host and the apartment was very clean. You have a side view of the ocean. However, the downfall was a 2 foot deep deck. The chair was on the deck sideways and you could hardly turn this so it made it difficult to enjoy the outdoor space due to the size of the deck.

We enjoyed our stay. You can see the water from the deck and the living room. As well as an old palace ruins and many chickens. The best beach is a very short walk away. Baby beach. Shallow water and Rocky but very good snorkeling. The condo was nice. It was great to have beach chairs and a cooler. Parking is a little tight, but the garage is just on the other side of the swimming pool. Or you can park on the road.

We enjoyed our stay at the cozy apartment. It was close to everything along the south shore and had everything that we needed. We would book it again when we go back to Kauai.

Very ideal location to all things Kauai. Excellent communication with owners. Beautiful view of the ocean. Drawbacks: Parking at the facility is very poor. The nearby parking garage has very small spaces and is poorly lit. The property did not have the usual amenities we have come to appreciate at VRBO sites. There was no shampoo or conditioner for the shower. This site is not suitable for people taller than 6’5”. Bump my head several times in room and the stairwell. You cannot use the veranda. It is really for decoration only.

Pleasant condo in a great location. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and nice touches like a cooler and beach chairs. Lovely views of mountains, Prince Kuhio Park, and the ocean.

Lovely, well appointed, comfortable 1 bedroom condo. I wish we had known it was second floor with no elevator, and that we had use of the pool as well. It was so nice to have a lovely home base to return to after our busy days enjoying the island.
