400 Ocean Suites is a great choice for modern accommodation right in the heart of the St. Simons Island pier village. The building features an outdoor swimming pool. Nestled in the heart of the Pier Village, guests of 400 Ocean Suites will enjoy being part of St. Simons' downtown living. Fantastic restaurants and shops are just steps away, as well as the St. Simons fishing pier, Neptune Park, and historic Lighthouse. Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $150 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

    The property is in a very good location, convenient to walk to the pier, so quiet, clean and safe. Easy to access as a secure, gated condo complex.

    We have visited SSI many times but never stayed this close to the pier. You are definitely in the center of the action at this location. The condo is airy and bright, but we mostly used it as a home base and spent most of our time out and about. Bike/pedestrian access point at the southeast corner of the parking lot allows you to avoid the traffic on Kings Way/Ocean Boulevard, which can be heavy during peak season. Bring your bicycle (or rent one) and explore the island!
