Stayed May 18, 2025The property is in a very good location, convenient to walk to the pier, so quiet, clean and safe. Easy to access as a secure, gated condo complex.

Stayed Jun 16, 2023We have visited SSI many times but never stayed this close to the pier. You are definitely in the center of the action at this location. The condo is airy and bright, but we mostly used it as a home base and spent most of our time out and about. Bike/pedestrian access point at the southeast corner of the parking lot allows you to avoid the traffic on Kings Way/Ocean Boulevard, which can be heavy during peak season. Bring your bicycle (or rent one) and explore the island!
