The unit has been decorated extremely tastefully and no expense has been spared for the comfort of our guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. Themaster bedroom has an extremely comfortable King Bed and en suite Bathroom. The bunk area is secluded and has brand new mattresses and a private bathroom. The living area is extremely spacious and open, it offers a sleeper sofa couch and brand new furniture for he ultimate luxury feel. The condo is 1050 sq.ft and it is located in the best floor- 14th. RIght across the 10th level you will find one of the best pools in the complex, hidden away and extremely close, so no elevators needed to access it.

No refunds will be given due to delays caused by these factors.

    Loved being able to enter the code and just enter the condo without having to “check-in” at a desk. Condo was nice, noticed after 15 minutes the microwave display wasn’t on, the panel above the display was cracked. Notified the owner. In the main bedroom, side table lights did not work, entry light did not work. Was excited to have a full size washer and dryer- washer had black mold all around the inside of the front load door ring, tried cleaning it the best I could. It was gross cleaning out the inside of it because it hadn’t been done in a long time. Not many of the washer buttons worked. We went to use the pull out sofa for my son who did not fit very well in the bunk bed area, dirty socks and other clothing items were inside of it plus a lot of sand and change. We couldn’t get the bed to pull out all the way and then we couldn’t get it to go back in, the frame was bent/warped. Notified the owner this was completely unacceptable, we needed it fixed/replaced or relocated. Housekeeping came out, put it back in while we were out, figured it was fixed, it was not so we had to once again deal with trying to get the bed part back in. They cleaned off the outside of the bed, but the inside still had sand all over it. Advertising the sofa as a place to sleep should be removed until it is replaced. Cleaning crew needs to actually clean all areas. Stayed in several VRBO’s, enjoyed all of them. This one was very disappointing.

    We just got done staying the past week for spring break. The condo was nice and clean and we had no issues! It’s just a few steps from the beach which is great. Plenty of restaurants to try too.
