Enjoyed our stay! Excellent location and great condo with lots of room and great amenities.

The property was even better than expected. Very comfortable, great location, and morning coffee/afternoon wine on the back porch overlooking the river.with the sounds of the babbling rapids..priceless!!!! We’ll be back :)

Great location within a short walk to Gruene Hall and the Gristmill restaurant. The condo was very clean and comfortable and the owner provided excellent communication to make our stay perfect. I will definitely be back in the future.

Great location in Gruene on the river. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. The condos are a little bit older but have been kept up and clean. Has a walking path down to the river where you can get in the river or sit by the water. Host was easy to get in touch with and check in was smooth. Had a good time even though it rained the entire time we were in town.

Couldn't have picked a more perfect place to stay. We were there for my daughter's wedding at The Chapel on Gruene which was only 5 minutes away. The rest of the time, we were right in the middle of Gruene. No need for a car to shop, eat and enjoy music yet quiet and restful when sitting on the back porch. Will definitely return and refer others.

Great convenient location to everything in downtown Gruene !! First floor was a plus , parking was ez. It was a beautiful weekend with our family and friends!

The condo was great! It is on the bottom floor and on the corner of the building. We had a small dog, so it was very nice to not have to go up and down stairs to take him outside. Right in the heart of Gruene, we have been coming down to Gruene for years, but this was our first time staying close. We will be returning to this property! Exceeded our expectations. And the host was wonderful with any questions I had. 100% recommend!

It was Ok, but I won't rent it again. The condo was very worn-looking—there were lots of scratches on the walls and door. The bathroom door knob felt like it was loose and about to fall off the door. The Wall Hook in the bathroom had pulled out of the wall and was barely hanging on. No Soap, No Shampoo provided in the bathroom, but I should have read the fine print. So that was my fault. Plenty of towels, though. Just enough coffee to make one pot on Saturday morning, then I had to go out on Sunday morning and buy coffee. Just little things, nothing major. But enough that I would not return to this specific condo. The big plus was the location, and it was great. Could walk to everything you needed in town. You did not need to drive anywhere. The condo was clean, and the beds were nice. Overall, I would give it a B grade.

Fabulous townhome! We will book again as it was a perfect location to Gruene top spots plus very spacious!

Great location!!!! The only time we had to drive anywhere was when we went tubing - drove to the Rockin R to rent tubes and put into the river. Otherwise, everything else - Gruene Hall, shopping, and restaurants were in easy walking distance!!!! The pool was refreshing! We had a great time!!!!

The location was perfect! Walkable to everything Gruene as well as very accessible to the river. The space was clean and spacious for our family. Would definitely recommend!

This condo was extremely clean and had plenty of room for our family of 6. The area down by the river access is beautiful. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect get away for my family and friends. Close to alllllll the fun stuff. Clean and the communication was on point.

We enjoyed staying at this condo. It was easy to find, a great place to stay. Adequate to meet all our needs. Close to the river for our float and we were able to walk to Gruene.

Great location. Plenty of room for everyone. Easy to walk to food, shopping, entertainment. Wish there had been shampoo, conditioner, body wash dispensers in the showers

Had a great stay at this condo at the Village at Greune. Easy to walk to all our favorite spots in Greune and comes with 2 parking spots. Great view of the river and nice place to relax or BBQ down by the river. Would definitely recommend!

Great place close to everything.

I have always wanted to stay in Gruene and this was the perfect weekend and weather! Loved being walking distance to restaurants and great live music.

Just got back home and we had a great time. Very clean, very spacious property. Our teens had plenty of room to spread out and there was plenty of room in the master for our dog's crate. Loved that it was located on the end and on the bottom floor- definitely made it easier with the dog. We enjoyed being walking distance from everything- and the private entrance to the river was so nice! We would definitely stay here again!

We throughly enjoyed our time in Gruene and this property added to the enjoyment of our weekend in the Texas Hill country. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance making it super easy to relax and unwind. We especially loved the porch and its view of the river - both the mornings and evenings were just breathtaking.

The condo is in the perfect location! You can park and walk to everything in Gruene! The weather was rainy and cold so we did not get to enjoy the back porch with a river view but it would be very nice on another weekend. This was our annual girls trip - four 60 year old women. We felt safe there and loved that we didn't have to drive into town and fight for a parking spot. The beds were comfortable and the living room was very cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a great stay in Gruene. Terrific location, close to everybody. Quiet and peaceful and easy access to the river. Condo had everything you need, was clean and ready and the beds were very comfortable. We hope to retirn soo .

This was a great location. Could walk to so much. The place was great but needed light bulbs and filter for fridge. Overall a great place

Three couples stayed here for a weekend in Gruene and to go to Wurstfest. The location was perfect. We walked to dinner, shops and bars in Gruene. We walked to Rocking R to catch a bus that took us to Wurstfest and back. The condo was very clean, arranged well for three couples, and had easy checkin and check out. Parking was great too. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had! We will stay here again!

Perfect place for a short stay. Clean and quiet.

A great condo with great location. Didn’t need a car after we got there because you can walk to all the shops, restaurants, Gruene Hall. Super clean and comfortable. The only complaint was we couldn’t get the coffeemaker to work properly but found an off brand Keurig in the cabinet. It worked but we had to go buy pods which was inconvenient! There was barely and ground coffee left for us even if we had gotten the other one to work. A minor complaint if you don’t look forward to a cup of coffee every mor morning but we are coffee drinkers. Overall, we had a great weekend and would recommend!

Great spot, close to everything Gruene has to offer. Super clean & lots of space. Plan to come back with the whole crew!
