Stayed Dec 25, 2023Our family of nine has been vacationing for many years and this was our first time in San Pancho. This unit is divided into several suites so it was perfect for everyone. Comfy big beds and 2 and 1/2 kitchens plus 5 bathrooms. Lots of visiting space and big balconies above the pool and surrounding lush foliage. The beach is just steps from the pool and the complex is very well monitored, although we all felt very safe in San Pancho. Matthew, one of the owners, was extremely helpful with every question we had. If you have a big group visiting the area, this unit is a great choice!!

Stayed Oct 28, 2023We had a fantastic week in San Poncho at Matthews place! We had plenty of room for a group of 9 adults with the freedom to come and go as we please. The condo is beautiful and right downtown with pool and beach access! You couldnt ask for anything more. Quick taxi ride to Sayulita for the day- then return to the quiet streets of SP! Excellent week and we will definitely return!
