ON THE BEACH SUNSET VISTAS RENOVATED TREASURE ISLAND/ ST. PETE BEACH

Great location and views. Space was as described.

We spent 4 nights before our cruise, the positive s:- location to a great beach!- pool was great, with friendly bar service !- the small restaurant, right on the premises, was convenient , with a good breakfast!- walking distance to all the bars, restaurants and live music you will ever need!The condo was clean, comfortable beds ! All in all , we would definitely use again !

A clean room, an excellent host, and an easy check-in make for a welcoming stay. Will be staying here again in the future.

The overall stay was very nice. We had two rooms that were great for what we needed. It appeared that there was recent maintenance and upgrades performed on the unit. Unfortunately the age of the unit showed and the quality of the maintenance wasn't great. Having direct access to the beach and the condo having the beach side bar made it a great stay.

Property was nice. Loved location. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Woulda liked a Keriug machine & somewhere to hang towels in the bathrooms. Pool area and tiki bar were great! Drinks and food were very good. We would definitely come back. Thank you.

Kathy is an excellent host—responsive, helpful, and everything you could ask for. The location itself is fantastic, with a charming small-town feel that’s hard to beat. While I can’t give a direct review of the specific unit we originally booked, I believe Kathy’s unit is better maintained, more recently updated, and offers better views than the ones we ended up staying in. In all honesty, Kathy stands out far above the hotel and its staff. If I were rating the hotel alone, the score would be lower. I love this area and the beach, but I likely wouldn’t return to this particular hotel again.

The condo was exactly as described in the listing but when we arrived it was much more like a two bedroom hotel room than a luxury condo at the beach. When I booked this and until we arrived I didn’t know that Treasure Island is the “party zone” of St. Pete beaches. If that’s what you are looking for, this is the right area. I’m not giving a poor review, but I am saying the location just wasn’t right for us.

Condo was in perfect condition and staff was friendly and helpful as usual.

We had a great week in this condo. Everything was as advertised. Kathy was very accommodating. She even gave us great weather! We will look to stay here in the future.

We've stayed at the Vistas before, but the hurricanes have impacted some of the amenities. The beach side bar is close, elevators are partially operation and the hut tub was shut down for a short time. Our unit had limited dishware and did not have games and books as listed. We also could not find a broom or the listed medical kit. WiFi service was spotty. But, the Florida sun felt great and the beach was beautiful.

While Sunset Vistas and the city of Treasure Island are still working to recover from hurricanes Helene and Milton, the resort is nearly fully back. Kathy's condo was clean and comfortable and has a beautiful view of the gulf. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Some things to note--The elevator near the condo is broken. Prepare to do a lot of stairs or use the west side elevator which is quite a walk from the parking space.-Very few utensils and cooking items in condo. Lots of glasses and sufficient pans but difficult to fix a meal for family of 5 with hardly any spoons or bowls. -Not sure about the complementary towel service? We had about 4 bath towels the whole time, 2 wash cloths and 2 dish cloths for 9 nights which was rough.-Cafe said they don’t do the 15% for customers staying at the condo anymore. -Beach bar not open. Pool not heated. We were so sad because that was what sold us on this place! It was ice cold when it was 70 outside.Many local things closed d/t repair. If there is something specific you want to do that the owner recommends on her list, call first. Several restaurants and places were closed.Very clean combo and super cute!

A few days in this condo was the perfect holiday treat! The condo and the weather were lovely. The kitchen had everything we needed. The sunset view from the porch was fabulous! The staff at the front desk and the cafe were wonderful! We will be back!

Although Treasure Island had quite a bit of damage from the hurricane we still had a good time. Sunset Vista's Pools, Restaurant and bars were closed. Kathy Wilhelm was awesome to deal with. We had many questions and concerns before our trip. Kathy was always quick to respond.

The property and location was perfect!! The staff was incredible, always friendly and eager to help. Kathy was a joy to work with, she answered all questions completely and quickly

Really great place to stay! We loved the cafe, it was very convenient for breakfast. The kiddie pool was awesome for my 1 year old, and the room was nice and clean. Highly recommended for families!

We had a great visit. The staff was very welcoming. Very clean, great location, tiki bar was nice, the cafe food was great. The kids loved the pool and splash pad.
