The Gulf Coast property is a great value in a super location! The iTrip staff is friendly and very responsive. We had one small issue that was taken care of quickly with no inconvenience to us. I would recommend the iTrip team without hesitation!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet, and wellkept. Close to so many different things! Absolutely just what we needed

The view from the room of the gulf was amazing. The condo itself had some issues. The condo was on the top floor and the entire time we were there they were cutting up and replacing the roof. Starting at 7:30 in the morning multiple days. There was no sleeping once they started. The pool was closed on multiple occasions due to roofing materials falling. One afternoon a worker hit on the roof so hard it broke through the ceiling and wall in a bathroom. There was additional issues with palmetto bugs that we tried to get resolved quickly but it took four days for the property manager to come and do anything. We left two days early and moved to a hotel so we could get some sleep and be bug free for a couple of nights.

We had the best time! The view was amazing & the closeness of the pool & ocean were a huge hit! There were some minor things that could be updated, but nothing major! We would definitely revisit!

Location, location. This was our 2nd time in this condo. Needs a little touching up, but very comfortable. The view from the living room is unbelievable!!! And talk about being on the beach, you can't get much closer. The pool is really nice. You have 2 grills to use. It's close to restaurants, grocery store. Management was fast to respond to my questions very helpful. We definitely will be back next year!!

This place was excellent, I really liked it especially having the beach right of front of me the minute I wake up. I totally recommend it.

The pictures don’t do it justice. The condo was huge and clean. Everything worked as it should. Beautiful town and all the residents that live there are friendly. Diane with ITrip, really went above and beyond for me and my family. I highly recommend this place, very family friendly. Will definitely be booking it again!

Perfect location,great home

We sat on the couch and watched the ocean while we drank our coffee. The view was perfect. The condo had more than enough room for our family.

Fantastic stay blown away

The unit was very spacious but needs updating. Limited utensils in the kitchen. The couches were extremely low and therefore hard to get out of. The view was awesome and the property was very well maintained.

Great location right on the beach. Amazing views of sunset. Pool was warm. Large space.

Everything was great. Wish there was a balcony to sit out.. Saw lots of dolphins. Wish there was an area to leave unopened food stuffs.. Hate to throw unused items away..

It was all practically exactly the same as it was 5 years ago when we stayed there with family This stay was only the wife and I and we enjoyed ourselves immensely The beach got busy on the weekend as expected But We believe there were a few locals that used the parking convenience and used the beach We still had a great time and it helped a lot that we had been there before Almost like locals ourselves now lol We did discard the 2 red beach chairs after taking them down to the beach and finding out that they were already broken Sorry for not saying anything till now about them But Didn’t figure you wanted them back up in the laundry room for someone else to possibly get hurt on All in all a great time and the cost only went up around $300 If I recollect from 5 years ago Thank you and hopefully it won’t take us another 5 years to revisit Thanks again John & Susie Ohio

This is the second time we've stayed here and it never let's us down! Amazing views and just a great place to stay!! We've stayed at a lot of places in the area this is by far the best place we've stayed at! We have found our home away from home!

Location was amazing, condo was spacious with awesome views. We would definitely come again.
