Everything was exactly as described. We loved the way the condo was decorated, great location, will be back again.

Host communicated fast and was very pleasant! Condo was great! We had the best time going to the pool and beach! Place was clean and had extras there in case we forgot some things!

We absolutely loved the condo! The beach was great, pool was great, both the indoor and outdoor. Lots of places to eat. We use the kitchen for most of our meals and the was plenty of cookware and dinnerware for all our needs. Parking was plentiful and convenient. Lots of luggage carts available for check-in and check-out. The views from the balcony were spectacular! Everyone was so polite to each other. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is lovely, exactly as pictured, and the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. The kitchen is very well equipped, which made everything easy and comfortable.One small suggestion: the front bedroom has wooden blinds over the hallway window, but the light still comes through at night. Adding room‑darkening curtains would make that space much more comfortable for sleeping.The only downside was that the building happened to be undergoing spring maintenance during our stay—painting, tiling, and other repairs—so the daytime construction noise made it tough to sit out on the deck. That was just unlucky timing and not an issue with the condo itself.Overall, it’s a beautiful place and we had a very nice stay.

The host Carli is amazing! We had a flight delay & she was very flexible in working with us to do a late checkout so we didn’t have to sit at the airport forever. She is also very quick with her responses. The condo was very clean when we arrived & the views from the balcony are incredible. This was our first time at Orange Beach & it did not disappoint. Highly recommend!!

One of the best condos I have stayed in. Everything was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The unit was updated. They even provided chairs and an umbrella for the beach. It was perfect and the host was very quick to answer questions.

We had a great stay: had more amenities than other places we have stayed it, clean, very nice and responsive owners.

Our stay here was nothing short of incredible. From the spacious rooms, fully stocked kitchen, and personal touches throughout the space which makes you feel right at home. To our surprise, there were a few updates made since booking which made the space even better than expected. This space had everything we needed for our kids including kid-friendly plates, plastic ware, beach toys, wagon, beach chairs, and umbrellas. The balcony overlooking the pool and boardwalk was perfect for when our littles needed a break from the sun. The location of the building complex was perfect for eating out, shopping, and boat watching. The check in process was very easy and the building complex had shopping carts and luggage carts which made unloading and reloading the car a breeze. Our stay went entirely too quick and we are already talking about our return here. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our time on property and at the beach. Carli was quick to respond to messages before our trip and checked in on us while we were there. There was some construction taking place on property during our stay and details were communicated with us about this in advance.The condo was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for a great week at the beach. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Phoenix East 304 is clean, nice and a great place to get away to relax. The ext time we head back to Orange Beach, we’ll definitely stay here if available. The owners have done a great job with this untit.

The beds were super comfy. Condo was super clean and loved the beach stuff that the unit had. We definitely will be back.

Everything about the whole experience was top notch

The property was exactly as pictured. Great location and amenities. The condo had wrapped clean sheets and comforter for sofa bed and very nice appliances and cooking utensils. Many extra touches which made the stay very enjoyable. I would definitely return. The owner was easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend.
