Location is great! The condo is as advertised and staff were prompt to address any issues. Definitely could use some more seating in the living room area but overall a great stay!

Was nice, we got there couple hrs early, check in was 4pm. We seen our spot was taken, which was by house keeping, which was fine. We were early...but got text saying its ready. So get there half hour later, as did grocery shopping. Nice place,but floors were never cleaned, our socks were black by end of night, bathrooms not cleaned very well, long black hair in corners, none of us has dark hair, bed noisey every time you turned. As well as dirty dishes. Otherwise was very enjoyable.

The time in Madeira Norte was wonderful. Very relaxing, comfortable and the area was welcoming. We are planning our next trip back.

Condo only has a couch. Had to use a beach chair. Beds are mattress only no box springs.

Loved this location. Enjoyed the place. Had a few things come up but management was right there to fix. My Wish List for future stays. Wish they had darkening curtains for windows in bedroom and the second bedroom needs a tv and a lamp to read. And useable beach chairs. All small things.

We had a great week at a perfect location! There was plenty of space for our family to be comfortable. The place was very clean and had everything needed for the beach! We love staying here because it is close to everything! Can’t wait to stay here again! Thanks again!

Great Location for an easy beach access and enjoying the local bars, eateries, etc.The property itself is a tad dated. Not a big deal for the most part. Also, the rental does not have beach view but this was not listed as an amenity. I'd say you can definitely enjoy your stay.

By far the best beach trip ever! We couldn’t ask for a better condo to stay in

This was our 2nd year in St. Pete for the 4th and it was another amazing trip!! Perfect location with walking access to shops and restaurants. Beach was a little crowded on the 3rd and the 4th, but we took a little trip to Fort Desoto which is only about 30 min away and much less crowded and absolutely beautiful!! Will certainly be back!

My wife and I spent a week at this condo and had a fabulous time. The condo was clean, well equipped and a short 2 minute walk to the backside of the building to access the pool and beach. The beach itself was amazing and we spent many hours there during the week. The water is clean and the waves are just enough to make it fun, even for small children. The keyfob system to access the amenities (pool, beach, elevator, stairs) made it feel very private and safe. The kitchen was stocked for cooking if you didn't want to go to the many restaurants in the area. Both bedrooms had comfortable beds and plenty of storage and hangers. We had our own parking spot plus the availability of guest parking upon request. The patio deck overlooking the many shops and restaurants at John's Pass allowed us enjoyable evenings sitting while sipping our cocktails. It also was easy to just walk across the street to enjoy the area and it is a MUST to go visit the Boardwalk there. This location is great for couples, friends and families with children. An added bonus was that we could drive to historic downtown St. Pete in just 20 minutes. Lots of cultural events, a vibrant evening life, shopping galore, the amazing St. Pete Pier, the Farmers Market, and more. We will be back again.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The condo is spotless, beautifully decorated, and steps from the beach with wonderful area views. Great location near shops and restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen and comfy beds. Excellent host communication. Highly recommend! ?
