Beautiful home, very clean, easy to access. Great location walk g to many restaurants, across the street to the beach. Tons of beach chairs and umbrellas and towels and a wagon for transport. owner was very helpful quick to answer questions. There is a bit of traffic noise from Carlsbad Blvd when you have the windows open but wasn’t an issue for us. Quiets down later at night. Absolutely loved it.

The house was wonderful with the rooms well spaced out for a large family. It was very clean and comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful. Would love to visit again.

Excellent location to shopping and restaurants. The rental is lovely in every way.

Easy parking, good living room space, clean bathrooms. Construction across the street, closed beach access across the street, and train at night not ideal and wish the construction information was disclosed beforehand.

So much to love - the house is clean, spacious, well-equipped, and very nicely labeled with instructions in all the right places. Excellent location down the street from a great beach. Lots of beach equipment and thoughtful outdoor rinse station with warm water available. Thane was a kind and helpful host.A few minor things to be aware of: occasional train horns on some nights (due to the great location by the coast) and a few bugs in the basement (the house has a vacuum which was great to take care of that).A great place to stay, thanks for a memorable vacation!

We loved our stay during Christmas. Our host was very accommodating and checked in with us when we arrived to make sure everything was OK and to see if we needed anything. We have family in San Diego and had a large group for Christmas Dinner. The kitchen was completely equipped with everything and more than enough place settings for everyone. The most wonderful surprise was the Christmas Tree set up in the living room. It really made the holiday a true Christmas experience. The home is beautiful and my parents absolutely loved the master bedroom upstairs. We loved all of the bedrooms! The home has a spectacular view of the ocean directly across the street perfect for the most stunning sunsets! Thank you, Thane we hope to stay again in the future.

The house was immaculate, directly across the street from the beach and a very short walk to town/ shopping. The layout was great for our adult family with one room upstairs, two in the main and one downstairs. The property manager/ owner was the most responsive and helpful owner we have ever worked with. Zero issues beautiful home- just wish the street out in front of the house wasn’t as busy with car traffic. Would stay at this location again without hesitation!! Book with 100% confidence!

Thane kept in contact before our arrival and then when we arrived to make sure our stay was seamless. The home’s location was amazing, and the decor and amenities were wonderful; all of which helped contribute to a wonderful wedding weekend for our daughter and her new husband!

We stayed here for five nights and couldn't have hoped for a better location and place to stay for our family. The home is in an amazing location and offers spectacular views of the ocean. The home has everything you need to enjoy the day at the beach with chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and even sand toys for the children.We will definitely be staying here again.To top it all off, Thane was a phenomenal host. The communication was on point and he checked in to make sure we were well taken care of an had what we needed.

We had an excellent vacation staying in the Carlsbad Beach Condo! The condo was beautiful and comfortable at the same time. The condo had everything we needed and more. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Perfect Beach Getaway – We Can’t Wait to Come Back!The beach house was perfect in every sense of the word. From the moment we booked until checkout, our host Thane was incredible—thorough, helpful, and kind. His communication made everything seamless and it was clear he genuinely cared about making our stay the best it could be—and it truly was.The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located just steps from beach access, which made things so easy even with a toddler. It’s also within walking distance to the heart of town with great shops and restaurants. The house was well-equipped with everything we could have needed—beach chairs, boogie boards, toys, and even a life jacket, which we had forgotten to pack!At one point during our stay, the GFI outlet went out—no big deal at all. I emailed Thane just to make him aware and let him know I hadn’t contacted Joe (the on-site support) since it wasn’t urgent. Thane still had Joe stop by, and he was just as kind and communicative. It was fixed quickly and professionally.We’ve been coming to Carlsbad for as long as I can remember, and this was by far our favorite stay. My daughter didn’t want to leave, and neither did we. The only question now is—how early can we book next year’s trip?We highly recommend this property and host. Truly a five-star experience. Thank you, Thane!

Beautiful property in the perfect location. Just a walk across the street and you're on the beach. Every need was anticipated and met. Lots of beach equipment, chairs, towels etc. Best week with the family.

First of all, Thane was a wonderful host. Communication was fast and helpful. We felt at home immediately in this beautiful house overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The location was perfect. It was convenient to the beach and to lovely walks. Not only was it comfortable and clean, it was also stylish and equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful, relaxing stay! Old town Carlsbad was delightful and an easy walk from the house for shopping and dining. Would absolutely stay here again!

Friends and I decided to get out of vegas for a few days for our birthday. Could not of asked for a more relaxing vacation and a place to stay that was clean, and conveniently located for everything we wanted to do. The place was just as advertised and check in was easy. Owner very friendly and answered all my questions within a reasonable time table. Would defined like to stay there again

The condo is perfect, great location! We walked to dinner and coffee. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach for runs and surfing. Loved the upstairs porch to watch the surfers! Easy access to the freeway to get back and forth to San Diego. We look forward to going back next year!

What a wonderful place to stay by the beach. It’s big enough to have extended family or friends stay with you. It is so well stocked , you will have anything you need. The owner, Thane, responds immediately when you communicate with him. 2 open patios allow you to hear the ocean day & night.

Best place we have rented for a vacation. Beautiful property overlooking the ocean. Close to everything. Clean, modern and includes everything you need for a beach vacation - towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, kids toys, you don’t need to bring anything. Thane is the absolute best as a host. Incredibly responsive, flexible and friendly. Can’t recommend this place enough.
