We visit Sunset Beach every year, and this is the perfect location. Easy access to the beach and in the heart of the local shops. Checking in and out is easy, the host is quick to communicate, and every thing is in tip top shape!

The cleaner apparently got my check i. Date wrong so the condo wasnt cleaned when we arrived. I reached out to the owner who immediately responded and came himself to clean it. He couldnt apologize enough for the mix up. It didnt bother us to wait a little longer as check in was at 12:00. The condo was exactly as described. Very roomy and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was walking distance to the pier/beach and located in the heart of the island. The condo matched the description and photos. I was so impressed with how clean the space was. The host really thought of all of the little things that make a stay. Robert was a great host and communicated effectively. I highly recommend!

Great location. Plenty of space. Bed was comfortable and whole condo was so clean. Loved being able to bring our small dogs with us. We will definitely be back soon!

Robert was a very attentive host. The rental was very clean, the kitchen provided everything I wanted and the bed was very comfortable. The unit was very spacious with a great view of the water. I hope to visit again soon.

It was wonderful having my own apartment next-door to my sister from another mother! Everything was so beautifully decorated, well equipped it was wonderful wonderful beach access too!!

Very nice place, great location, comfortable and clean.

We enjoyed our stay, good location. Place was clean with all the basics. However, the TV and cable package could use an upgrade. Channels were very limited to mostly old shows and there was no USB port for us to attach a firestick which would have taken care of the viewing selection issue. All in all, a nice choice for a couple who enjoy the beach.

This was our second time staying here. We love the convenience and the comfort it offers.

I can’t say enough nice things about this little apartment! It was incredibly clean (which is amazing for also being pet friendly), had a very comfy bed, and a well equipped kitchen. It was the perfect little get away for me and the proximity to the beach was fantastic. I’ve been going to Sunset Beach my entire life and I’m so happy I have a place I can enthusiastically return to.

It’s the perfect location for a beach get away. We love visiting every year. The condo is clean, very accommodating, and right around all the little shops.

The place was wonderful. We have a wonderful time.

The stay itself and the property were great. Communication with the owner / manager was great too. Absolutely no complaints. The property may be one of the best locale wise and price wise IMO, it is located right next to anything you may need. Also not a place to take children necessarily if you want to keep them busy, there is nothing close aside from the beach and after a few days in the sun and ocean you know they will want to do other things at least for a day. There is 1 mrkt, 2 sm coffee places, 3 ice cream spots, and 1 grill at the pier that closes at 3pm. You NEED to bring or have food and drinks or be able to go a minimum of 6mi (1 way) to be able to get them. We Uber'd from the airport and luckily made arrangements with the driver to be able to get back. During the 4 day stay no ubers would come pick us up, we paid a taxi $30 ($60 tot) to be able to go out to dinner. The market is small and hit or miss on whats available. And to give you an idea, 1 doz eggs, 1/2g milk and 1bag sugar was $20. So what we saved in renting a car was spent in other ways.
