Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo is in decent condition. We did have an issue with a leak coming through the slab floor for 2 1/2 days but we were moved to another condo readily available next-door and we’re given $100 return. We did feel like we dealt with it for the 2 1/2 days and should’ve gotten a little bit more for our time and hassle and mess.

Each unit is special in its own way but we really like unit 105 because of the little room with a trundle bed for the children.

You have beautiful lake Dillon in your backyard surrounded by mountains. It's a great location with biking and hiking trails just steps away. Also a really cool amphitheater, playground and restaurants within walking distance. If you happen to be there on a Friday in the summer, check out the awesome Farmers Market just around the corner. We will be back!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969First the few negatives... - bathroom in was a little backed up - common areas of the property could use a little more maintenance - Beds were about a 6/10. - front bedroom/daybed gets cold. Fortunately there is a pull out sofa. Other than that, we absolutely loved this condo. As short term rental hosts ourselves, we appreciated so many small details provided by the host. Things like: - wood burning stove - record player with many albums - incredibly decorated (10/10) - the view across the lake was amazing. One of the best views you’ll ever see. - nicely stocked kitchen (9/10) We could go on but the best compliment we can give is we would actually come back here and Look to stay in THIS unit again. Thanks!

Stayed Feb 24, 2019We will probably return in the summer months. Loved the location and view of the lake and mountains. Close to grocery store, easy access to A Basin, Keystone and Breck.
