ON Flagler Avenue! Dog Friendly with Balcony and Parking. Walk to the Beach!

Our 3rd stay here. Great place.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s always a little nerve wracking when you travel, but I never felt nervous about the check in/out process. The instructions were so clear and easy to follow. When we arrived, everything was exactly as pictured. I read the reviews and knew ahead of time about certain characteristics of the condo and we were prepared. To our surprise the owner supplied each room with ear plugs. We never even used them. The only thing loud was the occasional motorcycle and maybe people talking loud or yelling. It never bothered us. The live music stopped at 10pm and the doors closed to Traders after that so that you couldn’t hear any noise. In the morning, tractor trailers bringing food to businesses on Flagler were not loud at all. Had we been sleeping we wouldn’t have even known they went by. The condo is beautiful and extremely clean. The kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you may need with plates, cups, pots & pans, etc. The bedrooms and baths are roomy and comfortable. Loved having the full size washer and dryer. We appreciated all of the little touches like bath soaps, washing machine and dishwasher pods. We didn’t have to worry about these things since we flew in for only the weekend. We will definitely be back when the opportunity presents itself. We’re thankful we chose this spot for it’s proximity to everything on Flagler which we absolutely love.

The toilets need fixed. They are very loud and in need of repair when you flush them

VERY CLEAN! The primary bedroom is very spacious and beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bed is firm, not what we typically prefer, but it was very comfortable and we slept well!Easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We ate breakfast in the courtyard a few times in the little restaurant right outside our door.Host was very responsive and helpful whenever I reached out with a question. No beach chairs were provided but I did inquire for a couple of chairs and host provided. Very thoughtful!!TV’s in both bedrooms and main area, door from second bedroom onto balcony, great water pressure in showers.They do warn about noise and over the weekend (Halloween weekend) it was very noisy until after midnight Friday and Saturday night. We didn’t mind, but it was more than anticipated. The location was perfect!

This unit was perfect! Very nice and spacious. I also like when rentals have all the basics and this one did. Might sound silly but dawn dish detergent and hand soap in the bathrooms (not a bar. Great location to plenty of restaurants and bars! Would love to stay here again!

A ton of space. Well appointed. Super clean. Do friendly. Great new furniture and appliances. Loved the courtyard entrance. A blast sitting on the balcony watching the people on Flagler Ave. Great communication with the management. AV

The Mermaid Loft was the perfect location to the beach and Flager Ave restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere. The condo itself was clean and spacious. Ideal for our family of 5. Laundry detergent, dishwasher pods and some hair products and shower gel included. Space to people watch on the balcony and a quiet spot on the large patio near the front door. Cute and friendly breakfast spot, THE PATIO, right outside your front door downstairs---so convenient! I can't rave about this condo enough. If you are sensitive to noise at night, it can get loud at night. It didn't bother our family, kids fell right asleep, but that is us. We enjoyed the people watching. Overall, we loved our stay and the Mermaid Loft is somewhere we would return.

This place is perfectly located with all the amenities needed. Great balcony view and very comfortable porch area,. This Vrbo has everything you need, top notch appliances & super clean. Best Hosts EVER !

Really enjoy the unit, the grounds, the courtyard and the quaint shops, wonderful restaurants. Lots to do in the area!! Saw 2 shuttles take off, wonderful weather... Definitely a place to check out. Thank you for your hospitality!!!
