ON beach in resort top 2 floors unit with amazing views and sunsets from balcony

Great location with easy beach access. Had everything we needed. Beds super comfortable. Plenty of towels for beach. Beautiful spot.

Location was great. We wish the bathrooms were made to accommodate 6 people; they were small, minimal counter space, only 2 medium towel rods per bathroom so where do we hang the damp towels or the face towels if 3 people are sharing each bathroom? A few hooks or a shelf or longer towel rods would have made a nice difference. Overall, we had a great time!

There wereseveral things we found out on our own that were not mentioned.• You cannot use the gym (even though it does say gym available).Washer and dryer on first floor but need to have quarters to operate.

Wow what a beautiful breath of fresh air. The host communication : Great. The view: Beautiful. Location: excellent. Experience: Wonderful. The only thing I wouldn't give 5stars is the cleanliness because the floor was dirty with sand and I had to clean the sink (hair) and fridge before putting my drinks in. But in honesty I booked literally the day before my trip, so I give grace to that, due to short notice and the place still being available to book. I would definitely book it again and again. Kim was very prompt in her responses. Check in was very simple. Watching the sunset directly from the balcony; you have front row seating. I received more than I expected staying here. I arrived exhausted and left REFRESHED and wanting more. Thank you.

Location was great, condo was nice, host not overly friendly. Lots of passive aggressive instructions inside of condo. Certainly could have been presented in a much friendlier way.

Location is great

There was a miscommunication between us, VRBO and the host with the door code. VRBO sent me a code that didn’t work. The host wasn’t immediately reachable. I did not get the code she sent which was different from the VRBO code. It was confusing. The door handle to the sliding glass doors fell off when we open them the very first time. You could tell it had been poorly fixed. The beach restoration project hit the beach right in front of our condo right when we were there. I thought the heavy equipment might keep us up, but the condo must be insulated well. We just had to walk a bit to get to open beach. Great weather. Good friends and wonderful memories. Had a great day of shelling and dolphin spotting.

The location is amazing with the beach and pool within steps of the condo. The loft area was perfect for out 6-year old granddaughter. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. All was good.

This property was perfect accommodations for our family consisting of a set of grandparents, a mom and dad, 13 year old girl and 7 year old boy.We cannot wait to return to this magical place.The owner was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. The unit is a bright perfect seaside retreat. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. It was very clean and well organized which made it easy for our group to settle in and enjoy every minute. The kitchen is well equipped and plenty of space to cook up a meal or two. The view from the screened porch was stunning as we soaked up those spectacular sunsets. We took a boat tour from nearby Captiva Cruises which I highly recommend. It was amazing to spend time with family and no one had their faces in their phones, there was too much real life to experience here. We will return to this exact spot again soon.

Great location. Horrible unit. Outdated, no disposal, no water ice no washer dryer. All cheap everything. Priced low ke a nice place but it’s not.
