OM A5 River Float Haus on the Gruene

Property was perfect. Very spacious and well appointed….

The condo was very nice and clean. The sofa seemed worn as there was not much support when you sat on it. Husband was bitten by something in the sofa bed but other than that, it was very nice and spacious. Make sure to bring enough soaps and shampoo as the starter pack is just a little starter. I think you should provide pool towels as we did not bring them because of lack of space and did not want to check another bag at the airport. I think a little high priced but I am used to time share property and haven't had to pay for vacation in a few years so not sure if the price is with the going rate today. Laundry machines were great and full size. The kitchen was well stocked and had tons of space. Overall, extremely pleased with the comfort, cleanliness and space provided. We had a great timme!!

The condo was very clean and very nice. The only issue we had was water pressure was low and some units were putting their trash under the staircase we had to walk up and down to get to our unit and it stunk very bad and flies were everywhere.

We enjoyed our stay! It was clean, plenty of space, loved the Texas decorations and had all the kitchen supplies that we needed. Any questions or concerns were answered quickly by the host! We would stay there again.

This was a cozy place to stay for our family. We were in town for a wedding and this worked out perfectly. We did not realize it was an upstairs unit, a little sorry I packed so heavy with the stairs, lol. The home itself was clean and comfortable. It was great having the separate bathrooms giving us all a place to get ready for the event without having to wait. Would definitely recommend to others in town for special events.

WOW!!! The condo was absolutely amazing - well appointed, kept, and stocked. The communication before arrival was outstanding and we really enjoyed our stay here celebrating our son's graduation from Texas State!

The king room on the right needs a new clock. Some towel holders need to be tightened. Otherwise, we gad a very enjoyable stay.

Great location close to Gruene. The beds were comfy and we loved the soaking tubs. The location is across from an event center so we did encounter noise from the wedding letting out around 10:30pm. Only other feedback would be to add charging station upstairs near the bed. There were plenty of outlets in the bunk bed area but not near the queen sized bed. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Laundry was great. Nice to have a couple of pods for washer and dishwasher. If you want everyone to use makeup removers instead of washcloths you need to supply more. I don’t use those. Kitchen was stocked enough for us but we didn’t cook just reheated things. If people want to cook more they may need more.

Stayed here in Gruene for our son's wedding. It perfectly suited our family needs. We had 2 master bedrooms, each with private bathroom suits. The loft slept 4 more. Bunks are adorable and cozy, but obviously a bit tight for adults.The ability to do laundry was wonderful. Kitchen was well stocked. The unit was beautifully furnished with a true Texas feel. The only other feedback i woukd add is that it seems a bit silly to need to provide our own toilet paper and garbage bags... i brought my own detergent which was nice to have.We loved pur stay. It was an ideal location within Gruene, close to the river, the shops and downtown Gruene. Loved the area. Many thanks!!

This condo was EVERYTHING we needed and more. It is beautiful inside and out and could NOT be in a better location. It was stocked full of everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely look at staying here again in the future and have already started sharing this with our friends. Highly recommend!!! The only downside of our trip was the fact that the location of the condos is near the railroad tracks and the trains start doing their thing in the super early AM. Just a bit of a shock if you are not used to living that close to a train. Everything else was perfection!!!

Property was clean and very nice. Event center area is a no go zone and property owner makes it clear. But, participants are able to park on lot used for rental residents. Water psi was very low.

Made an interview into a family weekend stay. We started out with a little mishap with check-in but hostess took care of it as soon as she found out. The ac is not cold enough at night. Everything else was pretty nice. We has a good comfortable stay.

Condo was excellent. Rooms were spacious. Kitchen was excellent. Loved the long dining room table. Bedrooms were located on opposite ends of condo so you still had some privacy and quiet time. The loft was perfect and the bunk beds came in handy as well. Overall we were very pleased with everything
