Stayed Oct 28, 2024We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 weeks at this condo. The location is great in that it is near Old Town, Fashion Square, and hundreds of restaurants. We particularly enjoy the balcony, the pool, and the fitness center. The unit is perfect for a couple...a comfortable king bed, walk-in shower, and functional kitchen. While the unit is older, it has been well maintained and meets all of our needs. We look forward to our next stay.

Stayed Oct 23, 2023We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mark’s condo. Communication was excellent. Highlights included the marvelous lanai overlooking the pool, a beautifully decorated & comfortable living area, an updated walk-in shower, a very comfortable king bed, as well as a covered, assigned parking spot. The kitchen is older but very functional. The pool area is lovely & well maintained. The location is terrific being close to Old Town, Fashion Square Mall, Sprouts, & numerous restaurants. We hope to return for another visit in the future. ?
